Our stay at Villa Bertolli
Our stay at Villa Bertolli, booked through Lucca Apartments and Villas, was unforgettable. The villa and grounds are exactly as described on the website. It is very quiet and private, and the scenery is typical Tuscan. The house is fully equipped; we did not have to ask for any additional items. Mini was very helpful on check-in and check-out. I can recommend this villa for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing time in a great location on the outskirts of Lucca, and also can recommend using this company for any booking.

Beautiful Villa and Wonderful Hospitality
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Riviera and really loved the property. The villa is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable, with stunning views over the hills and sea. The outdoor area and pool were fantastic, and it was a pleasure to spend time there relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
The villa was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and beautifully presented, making it particularly well suited to a larger group.
A special mention to our host, Giovanna, who was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room after we departed, and Giovanna was so helpful in arranging to have them sent back to me by mail. Her kindness and thoughtfulness really made a difference and were greatly appreciated.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay enormously and would happily recommend Villa Riviera to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful and special place to stay in Tuscany. We would definitely love to come back!

Villa Flora was excellent
Villa Flora was excellent, every thing was perfect, the design, the quality of the furnishings,the cleanliness ,the abundance of utilities, nothing was missing a wonderful villa for an excellent stay. The pool and outdoor terrsce was fantastic as was the view over the Tuscan hills and valleys. The location was great 20 min drive to Lucca, 5 minutes drive to the beautiful village of Montecarlo with its cafes, bars and restaurants. A special thank you to Silvana from lucca Apartmenta & Villas. She was fantastic, easy to communicate with, friendly and reliable and very helpful. Wonderful family stay at Rosybate Cottage and outstanding agency
We had a wonderful stay at Rosybate Cottage in Uzzano, Santa Lucia with our baby, and we’d happily come back. The apartment is furnished with real attention to detail, and having three air conditioning units made all the difference in keeping things cool inside.
The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped too. There’s a lovely, peaceful outdoor area to relax in, yet you’re still just a five-minute walk from a bakery and a cozy little café. The kitchen is nicely equipped, and for families traveling with little ones, it’s a huge plus that a high chair and a crib are provided.
The service from Lucca Apartments and Villas was outstanding — always quick to respond, flexible, and spontaneous. We were able to extend our stay and even get early check-in without any hassle at all.
A big thank you to Loredana for being such an attentive manager throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, thoughtfully designed home base — especially families!

Villa with a view
We stayed at the Tuscan Fizz whilst in Lucca for a family wedding and couldn’t have been happier. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. Well appointed and true to the Tuscan lifestyle. Amazing pool and outdoor entertainment areas and spectacular views. Daniela was the most gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to help with restaurant recs, transportation and pretty much anything else we needed.
Highly recommend if you want to experience life in the Tuscan/lucca hills in a magnificent Tuscan Villa that is only 25 minutes from the old town and Wall.

Some places impress you from the very first moment — Villa Lina is definitely one of them.
Beautifully located, full of character and charm, with breathtaking views across the entire valley. Wonderful mornings, peaceful moments and the lights of the city in the distance create an atmosphere where you can truly slow down, breathe and simply savour Tuscany. 🇮🇹
Its proximity to Lucca is another great advantage. The road to the villa is quite challenging, so a 4x4 is definitely recommended.
Most importantly, we felt at home from the very beginning. This is also thanks to Mini ♥️ Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your warmth, kindness, care, help and wonderful hospitality. You made our stay truly special.
Villa Lina will stay with us as one of those rare places we will remember with a smile — and hopefully return to one day.

What a beautiful place
What a beautiful place! Such an elegantly refurbished farmhouse with all that you need for a perfect stay in Tuscany! The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful - a perfect location to relax and see Tuscany from. I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb that was so well taken care of. With air conditioning in every room, a completely supplied kitchen, washer, dryer …. It lacked nothing. The hostess - Mini was friendly, helpful and responsive at all hours of the day. The house was above expectations. Plenty of room for everyone to be together and enough room for everyone to have space if desired. Cate was communicative and helped with any questions or requests we had during our stay. Perfect location to Lucca and also to dinners in the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, spacious and fully renovated house near Montecarlo. The house is equipped with everything you could wish for, beautifully decorated, and you immediately feel at home.
The swimming pool is absolutely lovely, with comfortable lounge furniture that makes it the perfect place to relax . The location is peaceful and quiet, and the views are simply breathtaking. At the same time, there is plenty to see and do within a short drive, which makes the location ideal.
The owners were incredibly thoughtful, kind and welcoming, while also giving us complete privacy throughout our stay. Our contact person, Silvana, was also extremely friendly, helpful and always quick and efficient in responding to any questions we had.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful family holiday at Villa Giannello!
