What a bitter disappointment! Whereas my previous delivery of smoked salmon provided me with a very tender, moist and succulent experience, this latest one has proven dry, salty and tough.

LuiFoods impressed the Italians
I’m italian and wherever I have tried shellfish and seafood in restaurants or bought them from the regular main supermarket or local markets they have always been tasteless or they had an aftertaste of pure plastic.
I have been extremely surprised from the service received by LuiFoods and the excellence of the fish itself.
I would strongly recommend anyone including family qnd friends to get orders through LuiFoods. This is what we were looking for!
We have taken a sort of a gamble as the fish ordered was for Christmas Eve celebration, and they haven’t disappointed us!
They are certainly absolutely incredible!

You possible contact other company by mistake which we presume. However, We are here not only for sales, but also after sales when customers are happy or not. When we send your order, we provide you with a letter instruction about how to deal with your frozen and fresh fish products and how to store accordingly. Also how to make a direct complaint which we take serious and we want make sure our customers been help with what been purchased.

My order was delivered on time and the quality of fish from Lui Foods is fantastic.
Upon receiving my order, there was one incorrect item. The Managing director personally re-delivered the correct item the following morning - fantastic customer service!
Would thoroughly recommend them.
