i can honestly say that the whole process from ordering product to delivery was flawless, the help received when calling was spot on, the follow up calls following the placing of order were in a timely manner, very polite and helpful when i asked questions about delivery of materials, they arranged for the pallets to be delivered so that the weather would have no impact if they were left outside for any length of time.
installation of the flooring was easy, all joints fitted perfectly, and the colour match was excellent, i went for the Sandringham oak, defanitely recommend this company if you are considering upgrading to a wooden style floor.

Dan was so easy to deal with. I was really impressed with this company. The wood was well-priced and looked great..service was impeccable. It is so refreshing to deal with a professional company selling a great product and carrying on their business in the right way

The ordering process was very simple they were very efficient, however the actual product is shocking DO NOT BUY !!!
It isn't the best type of floor to lay as I was told by our carpenter ,we also found that after a few month's the end of the slates started to chip then it split all the way through the middle of the plank!!
This is just a couple of things that were wrong if you do make the mistake and buy it anyway make sure you check every single piece for scratches as we never being that it's meant to be scratch resistant but it actually turned up with multiple scratches across multiple pieces.

A cloud issue meant that our order got missed but Lumberking did everything they could to get it back on track with lots of updates. I was really impressed with how much they cared and the effort they went to. We now have lovely flooring at a great price. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service from Daniel. I telephoned on Monday morning to discuss an order. Daniel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He checked the flooring I wanted was available and even gave me a discount code to use. He stayed on the phone while I completed the order online and arranged for delivery for Wednesday. This morning I received a telephone call at 7.15am to say my order would arrive within an hour. It did, expertly wrapped and the very helpful driver even carried it in for me, which was above and beyond what he needed to do. I am in the process of having a new kitchen fitted so can't comment on the product itself yet but the service from ordering samples and customer service is definitely 5 star.

I did a fair bit of research before making my purchase with Lumberking flooring.
Their website is very good and the flooring sample which I requested arrived quickly and looked just the right colour that I was looking for.
Their prices are also very reasonable.
I qualified for free delivery on my order which arrived promptly and undamaged.
For my order I dealt with Dan who was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of changing their flooring and am very glad that I found them.
