Lynn's coach staff were brilliant on today's trip to Walton on Thames, and the boat trip was very enjoyable and relaxing. The driver said today's trip was a first and I must say the downside was Walton on Thames. Few decent restaurants, mostly chains - e.g. McDonald's! and not much to do there. Fortunately the rain cleared but nothing to do on a wet day

Two trips this year. £2k spent.
1st trip. Austria. The "guide" sat on her backside the entire trip and provided minimal input. A simple printed map of the area is a must. None provided. Lazy. It must be said, the drivers were excellent.
2nd trip. N Devon. Again, no printed map of the towns visited; now this is important as you have no idea of the local geography. A simple map costing a few pence is the answer. But no. I took a wrong turn walking back to the coach & I got lost. I arrived at the meeting point 15 mins late. The coach had left without me. In my defence, I do have unseen disabilities.

This company can improve by firstly not banning people from travelling with them if they make a legitimate complaint. If your seat is broken and you are going to be travelling for over 22 hours you should be allowed to raise this. If you move your departure time forward and leave elderly people behind you should be able to raise this - the list of people banned is ridiculous and one wonders how trustworthy this company is in other areas. We had a miserable time on our trip to Monet's garden leaving my husband with a bad back but instead of showing concern they banned us!! Never mind we are now going to travel with Eastbourne Coaches as we have no trust or wish to travel with Lyn's again

to see PHANTOM OF THE OPERA
From start to finish …the guys who took us were just amazing 👏👏 !…..the banter between them was just SO FUNNY 😂🤣….they certainly made us all laugh …such a fun day ……& the knowledge Graham knew about LONDON ! He Was so just so interesting 😵‍💫……all through the city ……and his driving !!……just FANTASTIC!,
So ……a. VERY BIG “THANK YOU”…. to you both .

This company did not have any policies in place to:
Ensure their emergency contact number was highlighted to customers leaving the coach in case of an emergency.
Obtain contact information for their customers next of kin in case of an emergency.
Leaving an 84 and 87 year old stranded in Newbury, over 100 miles from their home, when the coach driver changed the return time by an hour (and then denied he had done so even though others on the coach confirmed that he did) and then did not wait to ensure all were on board even though he knew he had changed the time and people were missing, is NOT acceptable.
The owners have not even offered an apology, instead have chosen to justify the situation including an aggressive denial and an intimidating phone call to the passengers in question.
