Inwrote to Nicola Sykes explaining that i have received some unwelcome news regarding my health and asked if i could just accept the offer that has been made by the the other side.

Nicola replied saying yes she will get Chloe to contact me. Over 1 week later i have still not heard from Chloe.

Ibsent a reminder email to nicola sykes politely saying i hadn't heard from Chloe. I am still waiting a reply.

My health is not good and this service is abysmal.

I had a car accident in 2021. Lyons Davidson were the law firm appointed by my car insurers. Initially, I was a little concerned as they weren't local to me but communication by phone and email was generally efficient and fairly timely. I mostly dealt with the same person, although I think she was part-time and this gave a feeling of continuity to the process.
My requests for explanation, clarification and information were always dealt with politely.

The service I received from Lyons Davidson has been hit and miss. If I would have had Genevieve Cunningham from the start, it would have been 5* easily.
At the start of the process my first case hander was a guy called Ben. During a stressful period, he wouldn't answer emails or messages through the portal, wouldn't pick up calls or even return them. Absolutely terrible service.
Then Genevieve came along and was a superstar. Brilliant service, always willing to support and answer queries promptly.
I think I would have given up if it wasn't for Genevieve, so a special thanks to her for being brilliant and helping me through.
I think Lyons Davidson need more Genevieve's

Catherine Charlesworth is the Case Handler to ask for if you have a Personal Injury claim. I have no hesitation in giving her a five star review as she handled my case in a professional manner and to an extremely high standard: so rare to find these days.
My case was particularly challenging, but Catherine saw it through (to an extremely successful conclusion) despite facing a variety of issues: such as the other side entering insolvency and making low offers in respect of damages.
Catherine’s communication, both written and by phone, was superb. She was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and answered my queries clearly and succinctly.

I have a claim dealt with by yourself this has been a bad experience as to the way you charge your clients and the lack of communication through you so called portal your charges are not open and honest they are never discussed verbal are put across when a offer is made it should be clear that your cost have to come of before your clients except and know I’m chasing you for payment when you told me it was getting processed 10 days ago and my explanation was sorry don’t know why but I’ll do it know bye such a bad company my recommendation is not to use them find a better company

Had a accident over 2 years ago and still no resolution! Had 4 case handlers and no contact for months. Am so disappointed. Would like to have some assistance please
