MAC Cosmetics Avaliações 

Please DO NOT order MAC cosmetics through the MAC website! They will take forever to ship your items out, and in my recent scenario, lose your order info in their warehouse and not ship out at all! I called several times with no resolution! If you need to place an order for any MAC related items, PLEASE do so over the MAC makeup counter INSIDE Macy's! Macy's has great customer service and shipping times! I received my MAC eyeshadow in 3 days after placing the order. It's been almost 3 weeks now since placing an order through MAC Cosmetics online, and still not shipped out. This is unacceptable! Stay away from MAC online! Go through Macys instead!

Recently I received an email offer for MAC products in my email. So I went to the MAC Store at Square Mall, 100 City centre drive, Mississauga, ON. The purpose of my visit was to select and decide what products I needed to buy and avail the email offer.
At that time there were total of two staff in the store, and the store was not busy at all.
The surface of nearly all tissue boxes looked filthy with dust and stains.
The two female staff were least interested to help, and were busy chatting with each other.
Felt disgusted with the poor level of cleanliness and customer service.

Very poor / scammy customer service on maccosmetics.com. do not order online. Purchased items never arrive, merchant promises to reship or refund and never does. Had to pursue dispute with credit card company. Will never order from here again.

Leider kann man nicht weniger als 1 Stern geben. Ich bin seit 20 Jahren Kundin ohne dass ich reklamiert habe und nun hatte eine Reklamation da der Farbton durch Mac geändert wurde.
Alles wurde mit einer Mitarbeiterin telefonisch besprochen.
2x wurde die Bankverbindung angefragt, dann wollte man mir nur 4 von 5 Produkten erstatten.
Auch 5 Wochen später keine Rückerstattung erhalten.
Werde zukünftig dort nichts mehr kaufen

I use to love Mac until lately. Recently I ordered 3 different orders and they've never arrived. I had free 2 day shipping bonus and still nothing over 4 weeks later.
I reached out to Mac and was told there was a delay on deliveries. No plan of action, no solution just SORRY.
IM GOING TO REQUEST A FULL REFUND. SEPHORA WILL BE MY NEW PLACE.

Mac at Kings Cross St Pancras. Ist experience lovely, but the 2nd was shameful. I had to leave the store without purchase. Try complaining online.... a DEAD END, nearly 3 months and NO RESPONSE. They are online interested in sales.

Super freundliches Team in Oberhausen Centro!!!

Intimidating security staff. Needed an eye liner as I was passing through Roma Train Station. The store security guard followed me around the tiny shop with less than a metre between me and him. It was really intimidating and completely unnecessary - I was the only one in there and there were also two shop assistants. If he needed to watch he could have watched from the door. To invade my personal space like that was rude, aggressive and a power play. I won’t be buying this make up brand again.

I just made a purchase at the Kings Cross store today and I'm beyond pleased.
Prescilla at Kings Cross store truly knows her stuff. In trying to get the ombre lipstick look, I've bought loads of lipstick from Mac and none gave me that look. Today I met Prescilla for the first time and told her what I wanted, she looked at me and came back with a lipstick combo, it worked perfectly well. I'm beyond pleased. Thank you so much Prescilla. I bought a Mac flamingo lipstick at Manchester Airport on my birthday 10th June. Today the 26th July the lipstick is almost gone!!
Definitely not worth the money!!!

Very bad online experience, I received my order samples not original items and I try to contact with customer service but she told me not allowed to return the items very bad experience and I will make complaint to Dubai consumer rights and I will return the items to replace original items not samples .

I can't recommend Lisa from MAC in Boots Meadowhall enough!

She did both mine and my friend Gemma's makeup for Gemma's son's engagement party, and we couldn't have been happier. Lisa was so warm, friendly, and professional from the moment we sat in her chair. She made us both feel completely comfortable and took the time to create looks that made us feel absolutely beautiful.

The makeup was flawless, lasted all day and night, and we received so many compliments throughout the engagement party. We genuinely felt like a 10/10!

Lisa, thank you so much for making us feel so special. We had such a lovely time chatting with you while you worked your magic, and you made the whole experience so enjoyable. We both left feeling confident, glamorous, and ready to celebrate.

I purchased the MAC eyelash curler which came with two additional inserts that fell out from the curler very quickly and easily and because they were so small I couldnt find them! Since then I have tried to purchase refills from MAC from several outlets including airport duty free counter but they don't stock them. I called their customer service and they said this is a common complaint for this product but they offered no solution. It has just been suggested that I buy another MAC eyelash curler which seems crazy as this means I would end up with several eyelash curlers costing around £14. Truly this is a great product and gives a wonderful lift to eyelashes so I am very disappointmented with MAC not supporting their customers with suitable refills for their products. Customer is just left high and dry. I use a lot of MAC and have a great respect for their product and the quality of their make up artists but this lets them down badly. I am also unable to find any dupes for the products.

I loro rossetti in stick si spezzano alla base dopo pochissimo tempo, il che è inaccettabile considerando che non sono affatto economici.
​Gestione degli ordini online:
Di recente ho effettuato un ordine multiplo. All'apertura del pacco ho notato che mancavano due mascara, per un valore di oltre 50 euro.
​Il servizio clienti (via chat):
Dopo tempi d'attesa biblici, l'operatore mi ha liquidata dicendo che i mascara non erano disponibili a magazzino e per questo non erano stati spediti. Il tutto è avvenuto senza alcuna comunicazione preventiva da parte loro: hanno incassato i soldi, hanno spedito il pacco incompleto e sono rimasti in silenzio.
​Trovo questo comportamento al limite della trasparenza. Se un prodotto non è in magazzino (nonostante sul sito risulti acquistabile), come si fa a non avvisare il cliente e a trattenere il pagamento? È una gestione ridicola. Non ordinerò mai più da loro.

Wenig hilfreich, schwer zu erreichen und sehr langsam. Der Live-Chat-Kundenservice kann einem praktisch bei nichts weiterhelfen. Sie verfügen über keinerlei grundlegende Informationen zu ihren Filialen, Produkten oder Dienstleistungen. Der Live-Chat wird scheinbar nicht betreut; ich habe 30 Minuten gewartet, bis jemand auf meine Nachricht geantwortet hat. Dann hat es eine Stunde gedauert, bis sie meine Nachricht verarbeitet hatten, nur um mich in eine Filiale zu schicken, damit ich dort mit jemand anderem spreche. Das ist ein entsetzlicher Service.

Tuesday at the Mac makeup area in Farmers Bayfair is insanely talented in applying makeup on customers and outstanding customer service

Oh dear - wish I'd checked Trustpilot, but have used Mac for over 10 years without an issue. Same as previous review - £28 lipstick hasn't arrived. Have been on hold to Mac for 33 minutes now. Clearly no-one at Mac is interested in customer service as none of these negative views has received a reply. What a shame - most of my make up is Mac - I won't be replacing anything after this.
