Good quality robust dolly. Managed large bulky 145kg load with easy. Big test is 250kg garden trough next. That said as other reviewers have noted it really needs brakes adding to the castors, which would make loading and unloading a lot easier and safer.

Machine mart service top notch as always.

My parts have not arrived yet.
Royal Mail do not deliver into the country for maybe weeks.
Please give purchasers a choice on who delivers a parcel.

i ordered my items online ,i paid for the items i was given a order number and a delivery date and my order arrived 2 days beforehand i was really chuffed i could get on with what i was doing quicker a 100% to machine mart.

Collected in store , friendly staff and very helpful.

Just one small criticism: packing. The Flexible Claw Pick-Up Tool-24" was bent in half to fit the packing box, which was? partially kinked the middle. I got most of the kink out, and it is straight enough to use.

Ive been buying products from you guys for years, on and off, the quality of the items is outstanding, I've got a 30 year old hand held joggler that still punches and bends like a brand new item. Had a nut that hadn’t been tapped to take a bolt. Customer Services told me they wouldn’t send me a spare and to just go out and buy a replacement. And they would send me the money when I sent them an invoice.

My order was meant to arrive 27th July but nothing turned up.. gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another week.. still nothing… had to get in touch a few times before actually getting a response from them, which was them passing the blame to someone else.. order didn’t arrive until 3 weeks after ordering by which point I didn’t actually need the order any more. When asked for some compensation due to the inconvenience, basically got told nope because of their terms and conditions…. Even though they were the ones who said it would be delivered by 27th July 🫣

Not a great first time buy and most likely would not use them again
