I got the mini scandi-type pulls and they have completely updated my tired looking TV unit and sideboard. It all looks rather expensive now!

I ordered some wooden handles, they were out of stock. A Made of Wood staff member actually called me to explain and gave me a clear timeline of when the handles would be available which was not that long anyway or a replacement option. Usually when this happens there's delay, delay and limited comms. So I was really pleased with the prompt and professional customer service. I opted for a replacement which was actually a bit more expensive but not charged for the difference!
The handles are lovely and really good quality, the company was professional and the staff member that called me was personable and accommodating - thankyou!
