Never fulfilled the order, no communication, no responsibility and lies

Ordered some wood flooring beginning of July

Failed to come despite a constant "its going to be with you at the end of each week"

They had the flooring in a different pack format but couldn't be bothered to split a pack to fulfill my already late order

After 7 weeks of me chasing them (never the other way) I asked to cancel the order.

Then miraculously they said it had already been dispatched. This is despite the fact that on their own delivery terms and conditions as well as an previous email to me confirming they would not send anything without notifying me first.

Just another lie to keep me waiting.

Would never use again. Awful customer service

Kevin who was my contact throughout was utterly brilliant, helped me in every way.
Even help on price so I could stay in budget.
Anyone looking for flooring these guys are professional, on time and by far the best prices within the market.
