Despite having existing online valid subscription for HT and Mint got hooked to magzter gold for having more user friendly app/display and readability convenience besides sharing facility
During last 3 years gold membership had gifted access to two close friends who loved magzter and were looking forward to extended facility.
Shall appreciate if The Hindu and The Economic Times newspapers are added to the gold package

Customer Support team has done excellent job.
Customer Support team has done wonderful job. They suggested the remedy for my iPad configuration. They collected data from my iPad (screen shots) and analysed it. Then suggested the solution. (which is beyond expectation). Most of the customer support teams will simply say there is problem with iPad. Every customer is not computer savvy. They helped me.

Response speed
Digital newspapers are really clear and easy to read on a 15" laptop or even a 10.7" Tablet. And I don't have to drive to the local shop; though I do need to print out the crosswords! The response to an email when I could not download the Western Morning News was solved in less than an hour. Thank you. Thomas Worth

Since I posted my complaint here about Magzter they have now issued me with a refund. They also asked me to change my rating which I won’t as my rating is based on my experience.
I recently purchased a single publication from Magzter that was to contain a bonus supplement. It was the reason why I wanted the magazine in the first place. I couldn’t find the supplement with my download so I contacted customer support, they were quick to reply. Turns out the supplement is not available for download. This was not stated prior to purchase in the description. I asked for a refund and was sent a link (which have me a 404 error). Basically they will not refund me the cost of my purchase which in my opinion is wrong as they failed to supply me with the complete order I was sold.
So disappointed with their service. I will not be using them again. They didn’t provide a complete magazine, which I paid for.
