I have used these guys on previous occasions always great quality, good customer service and tracking of delivery. On this occasion through no fault of theirs!! There was an issue with delivery. However, their customer service excelled and resolved promptly. Once delivered the tree was as expected excellent quality, once again.

Easy to order
Easy to order, lots of information on the website and by email. Great quality tree - I've only knocked a star off because there was very little communication on the delivery. It's clear on the website that it can be 2 weeks + for delivery but that leaves a big window of unknown to be home for the delivery!

Well worth 5 stars.
Securely packaged and no damage to the tree but the driver laughed that he had crab apples rolling around his van!! Still plenty for me and I have a well shaped tall healthy half standard malus. Thank you.

2 trees ordered on 29th August 2026
2 trees ordered on 29th August 2026. I have emailed twice and called 3 times to get an update as they have not yet been delivered. No response from MOT and only received a recorded voicemail from the phone calls. Would it be too much to ask for an update or even better, receive my trees?
