Very fast delivery and great communication
Very fast delivery and the team was great as well! I accidentally put in a previous address and got in contact with them after I realised and they sorted it straight away so I was able to still get my order delivered to the correct address!

Exactly as ordered…

As ordered 3 boneless dry age bags with 5 'mouse' pieces. I have shrunk wrap a 5 kg ribeye and it is currently aging in the fridge. The end result is eagerly awaited.
Making Dry Age Meat are cheaper than ordering it from the US manufacturer, the bags turn up in a nice little box with high class literature informing you on how to use the bags etc.
I will order more from MDAM when I start on charcuterie etc.

Stuff was over a year out of date.
Read all the good reviews on here and was impressed, so I placed an order with them. Stuff was over a year out of date when it arrived, (one year and 4 months to be exact).
Emailed them a few times, but have never had a reply. Very disappointed. 😞
Update..Making Dry Aged Meat have got back to me and apologised for the delay in replying to my emails. They have said that a full refund will be issued.
