DONT use Manchester Taxi Service
This company confirmed my order for a specific taxi at a specific time, sent me a text after the time had passed to say a smaller taxi would be sent but still charged me the full fare when I cancelled within 1 minute of their text. They were slow to engage in a refund request asking for information that they had at hand and then refused to give a refund saying my prompting after 5 days had passed was threatening. Don’t use this company. Uber provide a much better and cheaper service.

Have had countless times where taxi whiteline did not turn up EVEN WHEN I HAD PREBOOKED AN HOUR BEFORE! I was late for work quite a few times now!

BEWARE, your pre-booked service means nothing to this shameful company.
I booked 2 drop off and returns for the 11th and 12th of September on the 4th of July.
I had to call as 20 mins late straight to voicemail 5 times, Sent messages on website and WhatsApp, they finally arrived at 10:35.
I then asked them to ensure a better service for the return on the 11th and both journeys on the 12th, only to receive emails advising cancellation for the 11th.
After 3 further attempts to contact them, they also advised my 2 months old booking for the 12th was cancelled.
They could not have let down a customer any more.
Dreadful, shameful service.

I've never been happier!! Karim, who assisted me in the customer service helped me locate an lost item i left in a taxi! Although a black cab and despite not one from this company, he was extremely helpful and more than happy to show me how to contact them to locate my lost item... and it was found! I can't thank karim enough A++++++++ service!

MTS cancelled less than 15 minutes before collection.
Booked a taxi via the app with over a weeks notice. MTS then cancelled the booking with less than 15 minutes before the taxi was due to arrive on a Friday night and had to resort to Uber, who were far more reliable. They refunded my card quickly but overall had a very bad experience with MTS.

Thank you so much for the service. I’m not from Manchester so this service was awesome. The taxi driver knew a lot about the City which I found super helpful. I would definitely recommend this service if you’re not from Manchester and you’re staying for the weekend!
