Bought a coat on line and it was too small so had to return and order another one which still didnt fit so had to return again. Charged me £8 to send each item back - would never order again from them

Disappointed
Been following a dress online & when it was offered at a great sale price ordered straight away. Delivery very prompt & item good quality but very sadly it didn't fit me properly so returned which was, again, a very straightforward process despite having to pay £5 postage (deducted from refund) which I think is a little excessive. My refund arrived relatively promptly but was less than I'd anticipated & on enquiring why (again very prompt customer service) learned that nor only is the return postage deducted from refund but also the delivery postage & something called 'approach restock fee' - very disappointed & will certainly not use this online service or recommend to my social group.

The delivery was fast and efficient
I liked the fact that the delivery was fast and efficient. What I didn't like was that although I chose the smallest size jumper, it was really huge on me. I hate this current trend for overlong sleeves too. They're even long on the tall models. So I resent having to pay to send it back.

I decided too close to Christmas that I needed something different to wear on Christmas day. Great variety in choice of tops. My order arrived in time for the 25th and I was really pleased with it. Admired by my family too.

I will not be ordering again due to the charge for returning items. I accept a charge for postage but I do not understand why there is a charge for each item being returned.
This has deterred me from further purchases as shops are not available now and postage is the only return method.
