Excellent service
I ordered sequin trousers in the sale. It was very close to Christmas but the order was delivered on time. The trousers are a very good fit and value for money.

Extortionate return fee!
Ordered two coats for choice, unfortunately neither were suitable so I arranged an online return as there are no stores near me. I cannot believe I was charged £8.99 for returning the items, £3.99 postage and a £5.00 restocking fee which I was flabbergasted about! I shop regularly on line with dozens or retailers and have never been charged a restocking fee so will not be using this company again!

Been sitting with Evri ( waiting for M&co to dispatch) for over a week. Emailed and was just given tracking number, emailed again and just sent the same message.
Poor service

Perfect sequinned trousers for the festive season. Used the measurements on the size guide and ordered size 10 which was a great fit and the length was also perfect, not too long!
Very easy to place order and choose preferred store for collection. Selected next day delivery and the order arrived on time.
