Phoebe was our liaison with the vendor throughout the sale process. Both ourselves and the vendor were on holiday in the Caribbean for a good chunk of time making contact difficult. Despite this Phoebe kept us up to date at all times, answering our questions/queries very quickly and was professional, friendly and polite at all times. A job well done.

There were some overall issues with how Manning Stainton handled the sale of my property, but these were promptly resolved by head office.

It's taken a long time but we finally sold our house with Garforth Manning Stainton. Throughout the sale the branch team have been helpful and supportive.

Our sale was particularly complicated due to an unpleasant relationship breakdown. Emma has been absolutely amazing in getting me through the sale. She was proactive in trying to keep things on track despite various issues that came up with the sale (all on the buyers side). She worked tirelessly to ensure issues were resolved as quickly as possible when they came up and was proactive in terms of her communication with me and all parties involved.

Phoebe was our Move Manager for the sale of our property and was brilliant throughout the whole process. From the very first introduction she kept us well informed at every stage, regularly chasing updates from both sets of solicitors and relaying information between us and the buyer quickly and clearly.

When the buyer raised queries following the survey, Phoebe handled everything efficiently and kept things moving without any fuss. She was always prompt to respond and made what can be a stressful process really smooth from start to finish.

Catherine assisted with my house sale. Her and the team kept us consistently updated throughout the whole process, which made the sale easier to manage.

Although there were a few delays along the way, Catherine handled everything very professionally and kept things moving. Most importantly, we were able to secure a completion date. 

If there is one area for improvement, it would be being a bit more proactive at times with marketing strategies like suggesting refreshed photos to help make the property more enticing when interest slowed. That said, they were always responsive when asked and open to suggestions.

Overall, a reliable and supportive team at mannings. Catherine managed the sale well and stayed on top of everything throughout which took the stress out of the process. Thank you! 

Manning Stainton, and in particular Phoebe Penrose, were great during our house purchase. I really don’t know where to start. After 10 months of sale, no sale, sale, no sale, sale,( you get the picture). We finally completed the sale of our property.
