Prompt service. One of the snails was dead.

I have been allowing my newly purchased fish to acclimatise and settle in my quarantine aquarium, before writing this review. I can now confidently state that these fish are some of the healthiest I have ever purchased. Judging by the packaging, I knew these fish had received optimal care before shipping.

Great stock availability, excellent service and quick dispatch

Ordered 2 tree sponges (red and orange) and both arrived in great condition and of good size. I look forwards to mounting them, settling them, then doing some sponge fragging. They were correctly bagged with no air pockets.

I purchased canister filter which was out of stock, but the company ordered for me and I received it today. Happy with purchase

Received the live stock within the indicated timeframe. All the occupants were alive and healthy looking. The heat pad enclosed kept the water at a suitable temperature. After a slow drip acclimatisation process, I placed them into my reef tank. This is the second day and all seems well with the new occupants. I have shopped a second time online shop with Marine World Aquatics, again the stock was an excellent choice, well packed and looked after well by the delivery company, very happy will use again.

Received two butterfly's. regretfully 1 was dead but after sending pictures of original Packaging and dead fish a credit was made. The only regret was that I now had paid postage for two fish, with no credit against my postage.
