Really unprofessional response and customer service. I placed an order on the 17th of Sept and emailed them on the 27th as I had not received an update or email notifying me of the order status, was it being processed, was it not received. Here is my email, "Hi, What's the status on this order?
Kind regards Rory"
Here is their the response I received from them. "I’ve canceled order, if you can read website clearly tells you due to nature of items we can take upto 30 days to obtain."

Just a phone call or email would have suiffced saying, Hi, we don't have the item in stock and we are waiting for it to come in. I would have been fine with that.

I can read and I was aware that it could take up to 30 days, I was merely looking for some feedback as to the status and was happy to wait. If this is their idea of customer centric treatment and behaviour, then I wish them all the best for their very bright future.

Well it's always great, that's the main reason I use them. I've lost 1 fish in an abundance of orders over time. Always quality, healthy fish and corals, great customer service and communication. It's always hastle free with no drama.

Great service, had a few issues but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The fish were well packaged and in excellent health. They ate straight away and were loving life within couple of hours of acclimation and currently doing well.

Would definitely recommend, first class live stock and service.

Great service fish came really well packed with the heat pad still warm love my box fish so much I order another one really friendly help on the chat was really helpful will be ordering from here from now on update order another box fish for it too be sent by Royal Mail it came it was injured a big white mark on it and a fin missing I told him 20 mins after delivery he said too keep the fish calm and see how it goes I told him the fish would die as u could tell right away it was it died the same day I messaged him at 5 ovlock and a few hrs later after no reply’s for hrs he said I was rude and he had a life too he told me too and a pic so I did but was then told too cut the fish fin off and send a picture ?? Every excuse he has given me I’m not the first person he has done this too and I won’t be the last don’t buy from marine world

Marine world aquatics are an online coral seller .I contacted them about getting a particular kind of coral that is actually quite rare and they were able to acquire it for me. Coral arrived in good condition & was well packed. There was a slight leak from the outer box but that didn’t matter as the corals were packed in a double bag and then put in an insulating box with heat pack( I think this water had been present during the initial packing of the coral and not due to any leaks) .
Very happy with the corals & the service I received. Communication with their online store was attentive they responded in good time to my request .

I am delighted with my delivery from Marine World Aquatics. I received two dwarf Angelfish and a cleaner wrasse. Great care had been taken with packaging them, each double bagged and then a wide plastic support band also added to each. These fish are very good size and more importantly in great condition. It's 48 hours on now and they are all thriving in their new surroundings.
Paul the owner kindly confirmed by telephone my requested delivery date. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for marine livestock. I shall definitely be using again.
