However, I would like to mention that we delivered your order still in time, because your order was placed 10th December with Economy Shipping (1-2 days for order processing + 10-18 days for shipping) and delivered 28th December (18 days). Terrible Experience - Do Not Order Here Under Any Circumstances!

I placed an order with expedited shipping on November 27th. The website clearly stated that delivery would take 3-6 business days. It has been 17 days, and my order still hasn't arrived. Unfortunately, I had to leave for another country, and they refuse to refund my money. The customer support team takes five days to respond, which is unacceptable. This has been an awful experience. I feel completely deceived and cheated out of my money. Avoid ordering from this place under any circumstances!

thank you for your comment. Let me comment your experience from our side. Firstly, you asked us to cancel your first order, because you wanted to apply a discount voucher. You placed your new order 3 days later. After placing your second order you didn't fill properly your address, which led to shipping delay. Our forwarder UPS contacted us with information, that the apartment number is missing or incorrect in your address. We contacted you to advise the correct /detailed address to be able to deliver your package. Unfortunately, the reason for the delayed delivery was the uncompleted address provided during the checkout.

Bad communication. No updates

It has been 10 days since my order. I was charged for the order and the order has not been shipped yet. No updates from the official store on the status of the order or why the order is not shipped yet. I may start the dispute process.

Website said all items ship for free

Website said all items ship for free. Bought Spectrum Backpack and I was told I need to pay $15. Customer service was no help. Just tell me how much I'm paying from start.

I just got a response from Mark scolding me 😀

Here is my response:

This is my first time shopping with you guys. If this is the best you got it's unfortunate.

I know what I what. The backpack I wanted was very specific. I don't want alternatives. Before my purchase I reached out to your customer service and was told there is nothing we can do. I can give you a name if you want. I saved the email. Then I made my purchase. If the Spectrum Backpack requires special packaging then say so on the website before checkout. The website states all shipping are free no exceptions. I am a loyal person. With these shady comments from Mark then I'm going to tell everybody I know about you guys and bottom line Don't buy from them. What you see on the website is different from what you pay at checkout especially for Spectrum. Terrible business practice. Now you get a zero from me. Also I will notify Better Business Bureau. Thanks.

Also I just received the backpack. The packaging is the worst I have seen. This is what I paid $15. It was wrapped cheap, poor, not in box to protect the bag. So what is the point of telling me it comes in a special packaging. Looked cheap. I have photos if you want it. Terrible!!!

Bad customer service

Theeis no way to contact you by phone. That is horrible. I want to ask questions about the product before I buy and you do not answer emails. There is no customer service, just a lack of customer service. You are too cheap to have staff. Your store in San Francisco does not have a phone number. So I ordered a product via email and itf it does not have what I wanted, I will return it. That costs you more in the long run. bad business model.

SCAM, FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

Even it is written at shipment details as;

"if order placed on sunday, will be shipped on tuesday with express shipment"
I already picked Express Shipment.
One week passed already but still there is no progress about my shipment. (I placed the order on September 17, today is September 23)

I have sent two emails about to cancel my order and request refund the cost due to shipment delay, but they did not respond yet.
There is not any progress about shipment and refund the cost.
Soo I will consult to my lawyer about refund.
This place is scam.

thank you for your message. I am sorry for the delay in our reply. We were receiving a large number of orders last week and it was, unfortunately not possible to reply to you sooner. Also, please understand that we are not working on weekends, so there is usually no possibility to reply to you on weekend days from our customer team.

Shipping of your order was delayed by 2 days because we were waiting for your reply with your ID number, which is requesting your Turkish government for each shipment. 

Your order has been already shipped and will arrive on time as our shipping policy promises with a possible delay of 2 days caused by an email conversation about your ID number.

Ordered on April 30th and item has still not shipped and customer service will not respond to initial email so I have had to file charges with my states attorney general and file a chargeback with my bank…. This place is a scam

we are happy for your honest review. We would like to kindly react that delivery times of your order fully corresponds with our shipping policy. Your order has been placed March 5th. According to our policy, we reserve 24 hours to proceed your order. Parcels shipped by Express Shipping, which you have ordered, comes within 3 - 6 business days (again, clearly mentioned at the check-out). When you then calculate expected shipping day, the latest day for receiving your order is March 14th. According to tracking number of your order, this is now the expected day of delivery. From our experience, in 99% is shipment always even faster, because DHL keeps few extra days as back-up.

The best backpack

This is my second backpack from this Page and I am absolutely satisfied. The backpack has a great design and a lot of pockets.

Well thought out Bag!!

I’ve used this so far for overnight staycations since I’ve gotten it. I really value the YKK zippers knowing that they will lubricate with use…zippers are the make it or brake it off a backpack/bag & I appreciate these. The set up of this bag is also very convenient in many useful ways for my use.
