I bought a set of hydraulic brakes for my engwe m20 but managed to bust a hose while installing and the guys at markshop were good enough to send me a speedy replacement single brake as I didn't need another pair..thanks guys great work!

I recently purchased 2 x ADO ebikes, I had been let down by other retailers , who I thought were more established who said they had stock but did not. I initially was wary of Markshop as the price of the bike was £100 cheaper than elsewhere. I should not have been concerned. They instantly responded (out of hours) to inform me they had the exact stock I wanted. I ordered and received the next day. I had a set up query which also received an instant response. Excellent service from Markshop

Please don’t buy from this company this company. I was going to buy ebike from them but noticed there been selling and Dissolved in 5th December 2023 this illegal against the law company number 14208319 on gov this will be reported

We bought two Ado Air 20 Pro ebikes. They were in stock, and delivered within two days as promised. The price was very competitive and the discount for two applied easily enough.
The bikes are great, though the manual isn’t brilliant. The lights are very good but it seems you can only turn them on and off via the app. I saw videos of people carrying the bikes up steps with one hand - good luck with that! We wanted good looking bikes with enough power to get up our nearby hills. They have been great for that.

I can highly recommend this amazing company. When I first decided to buy my m20 I went with a different company who mucked me about,so after I got my refund I found markshop and my order was delivered within a week, that was two years ago. One of my planetry gears broke and I contacted markshop not expecting much as I knew it was out of warranty, well they were so so helpful and it wasn't long before I received a whole new motor from Engwe!

A part failed on my purchase and MarkShop were extremely responsive and sent a new part to me very quickly. Great customer service!

Ho ordinato la forcella per la mia Engwe M20,non riuscivo a trovarla in Italia nessun negozio in Italia,attendevo da 3 mesi di trovarlo,poi ho trovato questo negozio Markshop,che avevano il pezzo che mi serviva,l ho ordinato ,ci sono state delle difficoltà con i controlli doganali ma il negozio Markshop è stato sempre disponibile,ha risposto ad ogni mia domanda e richiesta,sono stati molto gentili.Quindi io consiglio di acquistare da questo negozio sia per la fornitura sia per il servizio clienti.Consigliatissimo!Grazie ancora

Informed of shipment from day 1 so I knew when it was likely to arrive. Well packed and exacty what was described. Yet to fit it but instructions look straight forward

We purchased 2 e-bikes from Marks Shop and after 10 months one of the motors failed, the response from Marks shop was absolutely superb, the problem was quickly resolved and cannot praise this company highly enough

Fast and efficient service

Although I hadn't purchased anything from MarkShop they went out of there way to answer a technical question on my new ENGWE E26 ebike.
I had tried contacting ENGWE direct but couldn't get a straight answer.
