My ADO Air 20 Pro arrived as promised pretty smoothly. When I had a query about the set up of the bike MarkShop got back to me very swiftly and resolved the issue. The bike was straightforward to assemble.

We are sorry that if you did not receive the email notification, we have double-checked that your order was placed on Sunday 14 July 2024 at 11:46 and the Order confirmation email was sent at the same time to your email which you left on the website. Another shipping confirmation email was sent on 16 July to your same email address. There can be something wrong between these or can you also please check the promotions/junk email or search your order number MASP2801 inbox you should find them.

Delivered on time but after sales is lacking
My order was delivered in a timely manor and the bike was in excellent condition. However, the communication was sadly lacking I asked several times for some information regarding the bike which I never received, I hope the bike doesn't get a fault as the after sales seems to be very poor.

Hi I did order 2 freewheel and never received them what happened ? They send me just the code 6544 to send the money through and I received nothing ? I did send my bank statement when i pay for 2 freewheel from your app ? They didn’t send me reference number

Can you provide and confirm your order number which starts MASP please? You will receive a confirmation email with the order number once you place the order successfully. Also, the Fiido freewheel is out of stock status which can not be ordered from us, please make sure you are finding the correct seller.
