The associate that I spoke with was very nice and knowledgeable of the program

She had my coverage the same day.

The seminar was informative. Several options are available and I I didn’t feel any pressure to enroll in the program.

Seminar was well presented and informative. Lunch was delicious.

The gentleman talked about things we need and why we need them. We don’t think about it on a daily walk in life, but when it’s brought to you, you have to do something about it. The service was good. He was very patient. He walked us through every step and told us what would be next.

We had a good presenter. He explained the points of the plan very well.

We recently signed up as lifetime members at a RV rally in Sevierville Tennessee. MASA representative Beckyann was the best. She represented MASA in a professional and caring manner. She supported our rally with refreshments and a breakfast trivia. Thank you Beckyann

The information provided at the presentation was very informative and the process for getting signed up took less than 5 minutes.

Sales person was rude presentation took over an 130 mins, did not recieve lunch because the said I go there late…. Mesquite location at red lobster. She was pushy and rude as well. Singled my mom out for her diabetes alarm going off during her presentation.

This commpany preys on elderly people who are fearful of high cost medical transportation that likely will never be needed. The creamy smooth sales pitch sucks you right in, but notice you are not given contract details until after you sign up. We did sign up and after receiving contract documentation, discovered that the presentation was sugar coated and not truthful. We canceled within the first week and were supposed to have had our money ($5,700) returned in 5-7 days. It was not and was only returned, 35 days later, after I disputed two credit card charges and filed two complaints with tht BBB. This is a pathetic company taking advantage of potential customers with a smooth, untruthful presenntation. Oh did I mention the free lunch or dinner? Beware!

The agent explained how MASA works with no pressure to sign up. Easy experience over the phone. I'm glad I found this program.

I attended a recent sales seminar for Masa medical transport services, in Cary North Carolina. Although the presentation was informative, after the presentation, I was approached by one of the presenters, who used high pressure, and condescending comments to attempt to intimidate me into signing their contract. I would definitely not recommend them.
