Highly disappointed with this company!The hair that I ordered was not quality the bundle too thin and I did not like the texture. I did not use the hair but tried for weeks Trying to reach mayvenn via email, the phone number listed is not a working number to return the hair but no response

I’ve been a loyal customer of Mayvenn for over a decade. However, the customer service has significantly deteriorated since I last received a response to my emails. The phone number provided is no longer functional. I’m at a loss as to what’s happening with Mayvenn, and the quality of their hair products has drastically declined. It’s not the same product anymore, so I strongly advise against wasting your money with them.

Please do not buy from Mayvenn, there's no working customer service, number doesn't work at all and they won't respond to emails should in case you have problems. I will have to fill a complain with my bank cus they're a scam

I’ve been a customer of Mayvenn for many years now and I always held them in high regard, lately they have been lacking. Customer service with them was always a plus for me, I recently received a frontal order that was horrible to say the least. I’ve emailed, called and text a complaint and sent a picture with know response. You use to be able to speak to a live representative right away, now no one is minding the store. Get it together Mayvenn before you loose a loyal customer.

I mistakenly ordered a product and immediately (same day) contacted the company to return the product in its original packaging - I never opened the product packaging. The website notes hassle free returns. I received one email acknowledging my return request and it stated that someone would reach back out to me after their "review" of my request. My order date was April 24, I received the product on or around April 30 which is the day I received the email from the company. My subsequent emails have gone unanswered. They don't even have a number to call where you can interact with a person if you have any issues or questions. I was a regular customer of the company until this experience, they have clearly changed the way they do business. Poor business practices and customer service.

Returns are easy regardless of the condition of the hair. Mayvenn provided me a full refund and offered to replace the hair free. The bundles are not the best quality, but the customer service is amazing. I normally purchase higher quality hair but wanted to support this company.

I can't even tell you if the hair is any good, as the customer service was so terrible that I demanded a refund of my unused products (still in original packaging). I was told by the "ai customer service rep" that I was within in my 30 day range for returns. I was willing to pay shipping to return the items, but Mayvenn NEVER provided a return shipping label or return address. Days with no response from customer service left me feeling that it was intentional in order to avoid giving me my refund. No one answers the phone and no one returns calls. Now my bank is involved and I'll be reporting this company wherever I can warn people of their sketchy practices.

I've been buying Mayvenn hair for years. The quality has fallen off drastically. I bought Peru straight. Very thin. Lifeless. Horrible. I will NEVER BUY AGAIN! EVER!

I recently bought a Wig for Mayvenn. This is the worst product ever, and to my disappointment, I cannot get a human being to answer my email or phone call. What a disaster! Horrible customer service. I paid $150.00 for this wig. I need a full refund.
Awful customer service and product!

Mayveen Hair has changed drastically. The company has changed their supplier. I been with them since 2017 and always bought the Peruvian deep wave. Fast forward, the bundle of Peruvian deep wave looks and feels like water wave hair. The pervian hair in the 2017, was denser..loose..wave..I'm really disappointed that the company has changed its product line to a cheaper version of it bundled human hair. You're certainly not getting what you're paying for..certainly not what I was paying and receiving in the year of 2017

I am an affiliate marketer and have collaborated with the project mayvenn.com. I worked very hard to help them generate sales and profit for their company. However, I am currently not receiving proper support from them, nor have they paid me the commission I earned. They failed to pay me $606, even though their system shows a fake payment order. I have not received the $606 at all. I’ve had a negative experience with mayvenn.com. I’ve been working with mayveen for over 10 years and I haven’t had any bad experiences

I love the colors of the bundles I ordered but the hair is not good quality. When my stylist was installing she told me it feels like a blend mix and I now agree. I’ve tried washing, deep conditioning and this hair won’t get into a nice wave pattern. I’ve used mousse, gels etc and nothing worked. It has a dry texture, shed from the start, and tangles super easy. I have never used hair from here before so it was a surprise to have since bad bundles. I will not be ordering here again.

I loved how quickly I received my order and my beautician and I loved the quality of the hair.
