I’m so disappointed with the hair and frontals. I just had a Brazilian deep wave installed. The curls are already limp after just two weeks! The frontals are less flexible and appear thick with less hair. The quality is poor. I feel like it is not worth the money even on sale.
You’ve got to do better. Trying to support you but it’s costing me.
This last hair I purchased is a total disappointment after two weeks…. So sad

Wig tangled and the lace tore would not recommend

The hair is good but the weft has hair that is sticking out and pokes your scalp. My beautician while doing my hair had gotten a hair splinter. I love the hair but the wefts are not of good quality or are not sewn/cut properly.

I have purchased bundles from Mayvenn for a few years and enjoyed the quality of the hair, however, with my past 2 purchased I noticed a change in the quality of the hair. It seems to tangle and get more mated and dry after washing it. I haven't done anything different from what I use to do, which is why I can tell the quality is not the same. Especially for the Brazilian deep wave bundles.

I have told you guys for years that your wig caps sizes need to be for small heads too and make the cap light and airy.

my experience was awesome because I got nominated for an Athena award and I needed to get my hair done immediately for our photos. I was able to order my hair on Tuesday and received it in the mail in two days and time to get it done on the weekend. It looks good and feels wonderful. Amazon was cheaper, but very thin and short. The hair was thick and excellent quality. what a lifesaver!!

I'm a healthcare provider executive, my hair has to look great at all times. I'm a connoisseur of amazing hair. I travel extensively across the country west coast to the east coast. I've had my share of garbage hair and have spent so much money buying wigs that only barely were any good for 1 month. So many companies are dishonest about the quality of their hair....and they don't care.
When I received my Mayvenn Hair 2 weeks ago. I knew immediately that I had struvk " Gold". This hair is soft, the hair full everywhere, smells great and luxuriously shiny and amazing! The lace melts like crazy.....very lightweight for the summer or the winter...adjustable cap size.
Curls easily and my curls stay for 2days. This is true brazilian hair.
I already want to buy 2 more of Mayvenns wigs before they run out. I havent seen this type of quality in hair or wigs for many years.
Lastly, when I have this wig i know 100% that I look amazing. This wig has transformed my appearance!

The hair I received was horrible!!!! My last two purchases with Mayvenn will definitely be my last. I’m so disappointed with the hair I had to return it Never had to return hair in the past because the hair was absolutely beautiful. Please go back to your original distribution because this new hair is not 100 percent human at all!!!!

This company can improve by getting better quality closures that do not bald. I have had several closures that have balded one I didn't receive a replacement for and this is why I give Mayveen a low rating. The company allows for a 30 day replacement but this is an expensive venture as each one of us pay for styling then have to pay for additional beauty services when the closure balds. I even sent back some hair twice and never received a replacement. I do not recommend Mayveen as I don't want their displeasure to be on my conscious.
