Lee was a proper salesman....no messing around.. knew his stuff ..we came to a great deal that worked for both of us.. everything was sorted out.. nothing was a problem... bike was delivered.my PX taken away... everyone happy... would deal with them again in a heartbeat

First contact with MCO was great, they were fast to respond, easy to arrange a viewing and we're pleasant when I arrived at the store. The paperwork was a doddle and I was actually happy with buying a bike from them.

Then...

I received the bike and thats where the experience changed, first off I should say the bike is very clean and is in great condition for a 3 year old bike. But with it having a brand new MOT (by themselves), somehow it passed with a broken right front indicator, one of the LEDs is out, and the bike makes a very loud noise after the fuel pump has been primed.

So I called to query these, because after spending £9,000 for a bike, you would expect stuff to be actually working. They said it passed the MOT due to 50% or more of the indicator working, which is absolutely rubbish, I paid 9k for a bike, I want it to not have a broken indicator thank you. And the noise, is normal.

I checked with an actual Triumph dealer and it does seem the noise is normal, mine is abit louder than they have seen, but its nothing to worry about, which put my mind at ease.

But the indicator situation is totally wrong. Ive tried to call multiple times, sent messages on WhatsApp and im not getting a response, Service is crap, promises of "nothing will be wrong" is a lie and im just so disappointed that a reputable motorcycle store can fob me off after taking £9,000. Honestly I won't be buying again from MCO, and will be spreading the word.

Just buy elsewhere, as soon as they've taken your money, the service ends. A single indicator replacement is all I wanted after 9k, and they cba to even deal with that.

2 stars because the bike is clean and the process was easy.

In the last 2 years I have purchased 2 bikes from MCO Orrell
On both occasions the service from all the staff has been excellent
My bikes have been serviced by them, had no issues
Would recommend them to my friends
Look forward to using them in the future

Nigel was great, no pressure sales. Easy to work with and the scooter I brought was fantastic value compared to others I had been looking at. Highly recommended.

What amazing service and an absolute pleasurable experience it was purchasing my new bike. Lee the sales manager was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the best deal that suited me. I also have to give a special mention to Patrick the service manager too for fitting me in for a service early, very accommodating. What a great dealership. Service was absolutely top notch and made the whole experience enjoyable. (Not to mention I got to pick up my bike 3 days early)

I went to M.C.O looking to trade my Kawasaki Versys for a mid range sports tourer, found a Honda CBR 650F that fitted the bill , arranged a test ride , that went well , I sent Lee pictures of the Versys, we agreed a price , the Honda was serviced/ tested and delivered to my home the following day , I couldn't have been happier with the service .

Bought Indian Roadmaster Elite from here, Bike has dead battery, faulty screen and more hidden defects. I contacted them and they said we will call back, after many emails and calls they always said we will call you back. Today its 02.01.2026 they said after new year they are not anymore indian authorised service and wont able to help you. This is totally disgusting. If you a new buyer from here get miles away from them.

I can't praise MCO Bikes enough. After returning from holiday, I started my bike only to find the oil light staying on at idle — panic mode activated, especially with a 4am work start looming and no backup transport.

I called MCO at 10:30am and spoke to Patrick, who immediately consulted the mechanics. They diagnosed the issue (water corrosion on the oil pressure switch) without even seeing the bike — that’s experience and expertise in action.

By 11:30am, the van had arrived to collect my bike. Patrick even offered to bring forward its scheduled service while they had it. By 3:40pm, he called to say it was ready. That’s same-day turnaround, diagnosis, repair, and servicing — all done with care and professionalism.

When I arrived, the mechanics — despite being busy — took time to walk me through everything they'd done and the preventative steps they’d taken. I’ve used MCO before and always had great service, but this time they went above and beyond. They saved me a fortune in taxi fares and a mountain of stress.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared. I wholeheartedly recommend MCO Bikes — they’re not just good, they’re outstanding.

Disappointing aftercare.
Bought a used moped for my 16 ear old son, struggling to start the majority of times. Called to discuss, asked I could take to Keighley (90min drive). I said no, in the meantime had the battery checked and it was in a sorry state. Called MCO to tell them and advised this was down to 'user error' and they would get back to me. They never did. We replaced battery, which was a whole £30. Makes me wonder if I was a guy ringing up about this if I would have been fobbed off as easily.......

Friendly helpful staff, explained all points, first rate care and understanding, excellent service!!

Brilliant experience from start to finish with MCO. Big thanks to Nigel for his advice and guidance on picking my first bike. Also huge thanks to the lads upstairs for kitting me and my son out in our protective gear. Very knowledgable, helpful and patient. Can’t wait to get out on the new bikes now.

Me and my son went in to mco bikes on Thursday 18th April lee was amazing from start to finish I can't thank him enough for getting the bike ready for the following Thursday.
My son over the moon with it we will definitely come back again for his next one.

The guys at mco are true professional did the deal for the speedmaster over the phone,bike was delivered 3 days later the bike was mint,found acouple of issues but Nick the service manager was on the case straight away,parts were dispatched to me as soon as they had them, I have been in the motor trade 42 years (mechanic)and these guys have got customer svs sorted 100%, strongly recomend if your after a change of bike or you are new to the world of biking give these guys a call
