i’d been planning to get a motorcycle for years, but as a complete novice who didn't even have my CBT yet, I had no idea where to start. I knew the style I liked and narrowed it down to the Lexmoto LXR or LXS, but with zero riding experience, I couldn't decide between the two just from reading specs online.

I called the Nottingham branch, and the team invited me down to sit on both models side by side. Anthony was fantastic—he talked me through the options and helped me figure out that the LXR 125SE was the perfect fit for me.

From there, the service was seamless. The deal was done smoothly, and the bike arrived in my garage just 5 days later coincidentally on the exact same day I passed my CBT! Perfect timing. Anthony also pointed me toward J&S Accessories just around the corner for my helmet and jacket, which was brilliant advice.

Outstanding service from start to finish. When the time comes to step up in CCs, my next bike will definitely be coming from KH,no questions asked!

Credit where credit is due, i had a BMW 1250gs delivered last month, after one thousand miles of ownership the rear shock failed (not something that the garage would have known at the point of sale) I emailed the problem and circumstances to KH and with an hour my quote for repair had been authorised! Hats of to KH And to Lee for your swift action.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend KH Motorcycles to anyone looking for a quality motorcycle. Unfortunately on this occasion I wanted to think about the bike and narrowly missed out to someone else placing a deposit, the guys are now trying to source me a similar machine. Five stars!

Just took delivery of a brand-new Lexmoto LXR SE 125 from KH Motorcycles Market Harborough and couldn't be happier. The bike looks and rides like a much larger machine, and the value for money is unbeatable. The team made the buying process incredibly easy, sorted out a 2-year warranty, and delivered it for free! Outstanding communication from start to finish. Highly recommend them to any biker!

I bought a Harley 883R back in March. When the bike arrived (after I called the courier as no updates from KH) the courier stated it wouldn't start due to a flat battery. I hooked it to a tender and it said the battery was toast. KH kindly sent out a new battery, so points for that, however this is where we go down hill. The bike, like a lot of feedback comments on here, had no history apart from two parts invoices from Robin Hood, oddly 1 for oil filter on 17/04 and one for oil on 15/04. Odd how the filter is replaced a week before an oil change. The invoices also show no bike ID and have the reg hand written in the goods box. No paperwork to say KH had serviced it before sending out either. When I actually got out on the bike, it sounded like a bag of spanners, with a whine & rattle. I contacted KH and said, I doubt a 'competent mechanic' had test rode this bike or they would have pulled it off sale. Also, when checked, the primary chain was too slack & in terms of service, the air filter was black as coal and clogged with carbon and oil (some service!). We had a few back & forth e-mails but as most of these comments on here, I was met with the same condecending, dismissive attitude & comments around we aren't Harley mechanics (don't sell Harleys then). The Evo engine is one of the easiest engines in the bike world to work on and any mechanic worth his salt would know this one had an issue! After their response which basically deflected all responsibility & suggested I was a liar (I'm a chartered mech engineer with 40+ years working on bikes) and reading all the other negative feedback comments, I realised I was burning daylight talking to these people & resigned myself to spending money to get this bike right. That's my decision, as life's too short but the feedback is in the hope others don't end up on this list of negative feedback. KH, please don't bother trying to respond with your usual dismissive comments blaming the customer and embarrassing yourselves. People aren't stupid and can see through it all. Better just manning up and admitting poor service and maybe gaining a little respect back that way?
