Great shopping experience online; however, I still didn't manage to reap the benefit of my '20% off offer' for ordering.

Five stars for Kenny at Store 3106!

I can't say enough good things about Kenny, the store manager. We returned our entire bridal party's tuxedos here after traveling to Georgia for the wedding, and he made a stressful moment so much easier. He was kind, patient, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish.

When Kenny went through our returns, he found that we showed a balance owed. He took the time to look into it and discovered the real issue: the store in our home state had made errors on everyone's reservations. Kenny handled the situation with professionalism and a great attitude, and he made sure we were taken care of.

It's rare to find a manager who goes this far for customers. Thank you, Kenny. We're so grateful for your help!

From the moment we stepped into the store back in May 2026 to begin the process of setting up a wedding tux rental, we were treated as though we were an inconvenience to the staff. They were understaffed and busy, and because of that, they were constantly distracted through our visit. In addition, the individual assisting us basically "fat shamed" the groom when he requested a slim cut pant. Since that first visit, numerous errors were made with tie selection, pant sizes, jacket sizes, etc. I would not recommend using them unless you have absolutely no other alternative.

Never greeted me and my wife when we walked in. They never helped us or asked did we need help. I found my own outfit, then stood at the checkout counter for 15 min before being helped. There was 3 employees working and all 3 were helping 1 person. I am a longtime repeat customer and I deserve better, the public deserve better.

In store experience was easy and comfortable. Knowledgable associate walked me through my suit purchase and accessories. I have been back since and multiple purchases online with NO issues.

Normally staff is professional but today its like we were ignored while others were greeted and provide a higher level of service. Menswearhouse off Greenbrier

My Daughter got married 10/03/26 and the Tux came in on Wednesday before. I went to pick it up and the only thing that fit was the vest. I couldnt button the pants or the shirt around my neck and the sleeves on the jacket were 2" short. I live an Hour away so I had to made another trip when the reorder came in. They fixed the Jacket and ordered new jeans that were still way to tight and the shirt was so large that the arm pits hung down half way to my waste. They told me thats all they could offer. I mean I was only walking my daughter down the isle and looked like a fing goober. Good thing I had a shirt at home that matched the color from JCP and it was a normal XLT and fit perfect. So disapointed with how much the Tux cost and it fit like shit and they didnt care. They kept asking me how I thought it fit and I said you are the profesionals you tell me how it fits. The store is Horrible and will never recommend to anybody.

I am at about 8-9 spam emails since 9am. I have been tolds 6-8 weeks to stop. Still have not stpped. The next comment from Mens Wearhouse was Google is somehow responsible. I have no idea why Google likes Mens Wearhouse so much they give them free advertizing. Mens Wearhouse is now saying they cannot stop it it is in Google's hands. I just figure they have no idea what they are doing. Back to one starring.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Men’s Wearhouse.

My husband is part of a wedding party, and we have had nothing but frustration trying to get his suit taken care of. We live about two hours away from the store, and both of us work until 5:00 every day, so coming into the store just to provide measurements was extremely difficult. We explained this to the employees, but were told that we had to come into the store because it was “policy” and they could not take his measurements over the phone.

Because we had no other option, we ended up having to contact corporate. Corporate was able to take his measurements over the phone, which makes us question why the store itself could not have provided the same accommodation in the first place.

We were also told that we had to pay for the suit before it could be made. We were completely fine with paying upfront, as we understood that was their policy. However, we later found out that another member of the same wedding party was not required to pay for his suit upfront, and his suit has already been completed. Meanwhile, the groom’s suit still has not been completed.

During our visit, there was also a comment from the employee regarding having the pants pinned. She explained that she would have to take them to the tailor, where they would be taken up and entered, and said there was “no real point” in having them pinned. She then made a comment along the lines of how she likes customers like us because we make her job easy, and that she doesn’t like customers who “know everything about suits” because they come in and make her work.

I found that comment very unprofessional and unnecessary. As a customer, I don’t think someone should be made to feel like they are difficult simply because they have questions or knowledge about what they want. We were not trying to make her job harder—we were simply trying to make sure the suit was properly fitted and that everything was being handled correctly.

Overall, this entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially considering how important and time-sensitive a wedding suit is. We have been willing to work with the store and follow their policies, but the policies do not seem to be applied consistently, and the communication and customer service have been extremely disappointing.

For something that should have been a simple process, this has turned into unnecessary stress and inconvenience. We expected much better customer service and consistency from Men’s Wearhouse in Iowa city.

Enough with the constant marketing emails! I am sick and tired of receiving your bloody mails! Your customer service is as equal as your constant nagging and I am telling fellow colleagues not to even consider you if this is the trailer you get as a customer.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a suit and had it custom fitted. Lots of alterations.($350) Came back all wrong. Sleeves too short. Pants too short and tight. They gave me all the money back ($900) but hard pressed to get an apology. They were very aloof about it and just walked away without offering any solutions. After some phone calls and asking for an apology they did say “very sorry this happened”. Not the best customer service. Will not continue doing business there. Joseph Banks has a new costumer.

Everyone here is extremely RASICT. The staff is completely LAZY. I entered hoping to get a good gift for my husband. As soon as I entered people were completely RUDE. They would not help me and were purposely avoiding me. I asked multiple times for help and no one came. Finally, after 1 hour of looking by myself. I went to the register. No one was even there. I repeatedly called, asking for help. After waiting for 15 minutes someone came. They took so long and didn't know what they were doing.
This same thing happen to me a couple weeks ago.
ALL OF THE PEOPLE HERE WILL AVOID HELPING YOU BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN.
EVERYONE WAS SO RUDE AND COMPLETLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
As a society, this is COMPLETLY UNACCEPTABLE.

I came in knowing nothing about what I wanted not very confident either and I left with everything I needed and more and all the people there were super nice and helped me so much. Thank you Kim.

The sales people near the front door greeted me in and 1 of them asked if he could help me find something in particular. I went in the store buy for my husband a XXL short-sleeved summer shirt for casual outings with friends. My salesman, Chase, explained the differences in fits between XXL and 2XL, which made it easier to find a good fit. I bought 2 shirts my husband liked.
I noticed the store fixtures and flooring were clean and the merchandise was organized in easy-to-find places for different types of clothing, i.e. suits, slacks, shirts, etc.
Overall, I very much enjoyed my shopping experience, chatting with various employees and how knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful they were. I would recommend Boise’s Men’s warehouse to anyone looking for quality men’s clothing for reasonable prices!

This is gonna be a short one . I walk in and was met by great service . Picked a suit from the rack a pair of shoes and a white button-down shirt. I was told to make it fit to my exact size. It would take about a week. as I was fitting the jacket and pants, I looked at the label. some made up name that I never heard of also made an Indonesia 65% polyester and 35%. I believe ryon . If you know your garments, these are one of the cheapest material on the market actually plastic. But that’s not a problem for a guy on a budget. The problem comes in when you go to the counter to check out and they tell you the bill $700 so you want me to pay $700 for plastic recycled at that. This is what these big companies are doing to people go to your local Taylor tuxedo shop and you’re gonna get better quality. I could imagine if I would’ve picked a wool suit they probably would’ve told me 1500 bucks. So I told him I refuse to pay 700 for plastic and I walked out the store. I started doing some research online so I ordered the same identical suit on Amazon not for Men’s Wearhouse and can you believe they were the identical suit , I paid $45? Also, they were charging me 140 for the shoes which I knew they were low quality. I found the identical shoes on Amazon for 40 bucks. The white button-down shirt they wanted charge me $70. I found it on Amazon for 15 bucks and in fact the one on Amazon was better quality as far as texture feel and look. Pay attention to what you’re paying for a lot of these big companies are selling you overpriced junk

This company sends unsolicited e-mails without an option to not recieve. For this reason alone I will never buy anything from them. I will go out of my way to discourage others from buying from them.
They have terrible reviews in addition.

For starters Men’s Warehouse duplicated my son’s ID number to enable his groomsmen to order their tux’s. Completely different names under his ID resulting in the entire wedding party being inconvenienced for well over 2 hours on each of their visits. My husbands tux was poorly pressed (double uneven creases in pants and wrinkled jacket) despite the fact that the salesperson said it was perfect. I had to go all the way back to the store to have them repress it properly. Took three times for them to do a passable job. My son, who went to the Manhattan store on 50th street was told that they didn’t have a shirt that would fit him he would need to purchase one! He was fitted for the apparel so this was like ludicrous. Every groomsmen had an issue. I will never again use this business and would advise everyone to go elsewhere. There is no excuse for the complete incompetence. Surprised they’re still in business. Run don’t walk away from Men’s Warehouse for you next formal affair!!!! Zero stars are not an option.

I don't remember her name, but she is the manager at the location on 360 in Austin. She was very knowledgeable and patient and meticulous helping me with my wedding suit and one for my best man who lives in another state. She made sure I understood all the options I had, and I feel like the alterations she helped with could have easily been overlooked. She is very detail oriented and also efficient and friendly and funny. I see why she is the manager.

The Pleasanton Men’s Wearhouse was horrible!! They don’t have enough staff and the weight times were long. Multiple people were leaving or left without help. The staff was unapologetic for the wait time and they didn’t care.

Jordan At Brighton Mi (Green Oak) location is amazing at fitting and fashion. Very professional.
