When we first dealt with Vicki in 2021 she was extremely helpful and I could not recommend her enough.
When our mortgage came up for renewal in 2025 I reached out to Vicki for some advice, after all “Mortgages” are not my field of expertise and the interest rates had dropped.
I received the most abrupt email from Vicki without even a dear or hello, just my name followed by a rude, belittling and dismissive paragraph, and not the sort of communication or level of professionalism I would have expected to receive, given that Vicki was meant to be acting as a “mortgage adviser” and I was potentially a client.
We never heard from Vicki again after that.
As a result, we decided to approach another adviser/company, who were completely different in their approach and went above and beyond to help us throughout the process, and worked hard to secure the best deal for our circumstances.

I would not recommend, terrible service. I had no follow-up emails from the calls. Every time I was told that something would be looked at today, or sent immediately to my email, there was nothing that came through. I was told something would be looked into ‘today’ and that was two weeks ago with no response. I had a much better experience elsewhere. I don’t mind waiting for information when needed but in those 2 weeks with no response I have already had an offer accepted and mortgage application put through by a different advisor.

I had a great experience talking to Glyn Jarvis. His recommendations are realistic and affordable. The price is reasonable so I’m very I’m very happy with it. My partner also got a good deal and he was very happy he spoke to Glyn and get his insurance sorted.

Used meridian to find me my latest mortgage, this was handled by Simon Slater and It honestly couldn't have went any better, he made the whole experience so easy and hassle free.
