Good product, very happy with machine. Expensive for the spec provided. Went on sale the week after I bought it. Next day delivery arrived 3 days later. I know this is on the courier, but then don't advertise as next day delivery...

My Mesh Computer has performed reliably…
My Mesh Computer has performed reliably and quietly since November 2018. I returned it to Mesh in October this year for an upgrade to Windows 11. The phone contact experience was pretty poor, with sales, customer support or technical support, that is, if I could get through. The unit was returned after 10 days, not 6, the plastic casing under the 'tower was cracked(OK when it left me), and all in all the 'support' process was far from user friendly. I had to chase all the time to get results.

I received the laptop promptly after ordering. The machine is fine and works well under Linux. However I received unsolicited marketing mails from Mesh computers, therefore I give only 4 stars.

The company have the right products
The company have the right products at a competative price. Build quality is excellent. Support when I had problems activating Windows 11 this was fixed quickly, Whilst I am at the stage of setting up the programs etc I am impressed

Excellent service - I thought I made a huge mistake but......
When I thought I made a huge mistake by buying the wrong laptop for my requirements, it was instantly resolved with no quibble.
My heart sank when I discovered from the manufacturer that the product I had bought would not do what I wanted it to, so I called Mesh to see if they could help and immediately they arranged collection and a subsequent refund. I then started again and was advised which product I should purchase, received it the next day and am now up and running.
