Following extensive repairs for damp and mold in my property ongoing since August of this year, I have seen a hand full of operatives, mostly unqualified to do the job they have been sent to do.
I have had damage to my personal property, I have had terrible mess and rubbish to clean up, and been subject to bad language between operatives whilst in my home.
This review is not for them!
It is for Rob, from Disrepair, who came into my home today, to put right a job that was unfinished by others.
Rob was respectful from the moment he walked in. He listened attentively to what I had to say about what I am going through with Midland Heart.
He assessed the job to be done, explained what he would be doing, and made me feel like he cared about my home.
He stayed until every bit of mess and dust was cleaned up, and told me this should always have been the case.
His work is perfect. He even re-checked for little imperfections which he put right before he left.
Finally to have someone in my home who has pride in his work, and a caring understanding , respectful nature.
Thank you Rob! I hope they send you back to finish all the rest of the jobs that need doing!!

There's not enough thanks in this universe to give midland heart for helping me out of a domestic abuse situation. Rosie Ward was assigned as my tenancy case officer and she worked so hard with meetings and referrals to get me to a safer accommodation. Ian griffiths is incredibly professional he has been to my property more than once and each time I have been completely satisfied with his work he has completed, he is very friendly and polite also can not fault him at all! My 1 year old child is usually nervous around strangers but he even got a smile out of my child.
I am more than happy with my experiences with him and would gladly have him again to fix any future problems I may have.

Surveyor Ashish from Midland Heart Specialist Repairs Team visited today. Ashish has been very professional and attentive, spent time throughly going through his inspection and discussed in detail what he was doing and what he had found during his inspection. A real credit to midland heart.

Ihad a problem with door not closing and sticking Mia K came out and took pictures of front door as Gaps and fitted new handle on Fire Door in Kitchen very professional and evan cleared up floor with hover and wipes Lovely Service thank you

Lewis, Tevin and Hamza 3 lovely young men came to sort a damp issue within my property. Nothing was too much trouble very polite and respectful really put me at easy over job being done.
Having had a good number of bad workmen through midland heart nice to see they do have knowledgeable workmen as well.
Happily have any of these back to do repairs within my property

Midland hear doesn’t care about residents at all

The job was done very efficiently and very very clean. The workforce was very clean and tidy and respectful to my property.

The person was polite and understanding and dealt with the case smoothly,i must say though I did have to wait 34 minutes to speak to someone which I think is a bit too long to wait apart from that everything else went fine.
