kalpip Sian and rob barker
Had a great experience with kalpip Sian and rob barker today, they came out to fit a drain in my garden I’ve been requesting this job for 12 years and within 4 weeks this job has been assessed and done, they were so professional and polite and kept me informed the whole day. Their an asset to midland heart.

I had a new fire door fitted in my…
I had a new fire door fitted in my living room. Dontay and Phill came to carry out the work. Both were really respectful towards me and my home. They carried out the work to the best of their ability. They talked and laughed with me which made it feel more relaxed as innormally don’t like people in my yard. I’d definitely have these two come back for any future work. Nice one.

Wayne came to fix a draught excluders…
Wayne came to fix a draught excluders to the French door in the property. He knew exactly what to do as soon as he walks in. Wayne was very polite, friendly and above all very professional. He has kept me informed the loop throughout his time here and I am grateful to him for the work he did. Thank you Wayne and I wish you could come back here anytime we have a repair 😆… Midland Heart need more engineers like you.

Surveyor named Ashish visited from…
Surveyor named Ashish visited from specialist repairs team. He explained the process what is he going to do. Explained how to raise routine maintenance jobs on the midland heart app. He was polite professional and very thorough with the inspection. Covered his shoes, shows respect to someone’s house. His very good man and very good at his job.

Good employee
Employee, Matin White , for Midland Heart, was very quick to survey the work required and was not happy. So he emailed an email to vent his concern.
Martin could not carry out the work that he was told to perform- no fault of his. He aesthetically put a plaster board over hole.

Plumber Kuldip came to fix a minor leak…
Plumber Kuldip came to fix a minor leak and replace a faulty handrail.
The new handrail was too small so he went out of his way to immediately go and source one from a supplier and unfortunately had to go to more than one place to achieve this.
This call out is worthy of a five star review because Kuldip went beyond the call of duty to accomplish customer satisfaction.
