Surveyor Ashish from specialist repairs visited today. Was very helpful, gave me great advice helped with the midland Heart tenant portal app. Advised on damp and mould too.

Observed all rooms in the house regarding damp and mould.
Showed his ID on arrival, explained everything necessary during his time here and the conclusion/treatment plan.

Ann resolved the case with a no nonsense approach. The noise had been going on for months so I was not hopeful . I was wrong. She was fantastic and a complete professional.

After sending our last email, very disappointed to not hear from senior staff member to make contact and make appointment with Sharon, Kerrie, Vicky, Michelle along with roofing contractor are all aware of this situation, scaffold erected 3 times, still raining in this is over a 3 Year period, in regards to loss of use of kitchen area this email should be passed too your complaints team to discuss compensation, due to Sharon's given health and mobility she has had major concerns over her health and safety, p.s. no point plastering ceiling before the leak is stoped

I am due to start my new job with Midlands Heart in the next couple of months, and today I received through the post a welcome pack! It was a lovely surprise and included some lovely things to make my new role even more exciting and enjoyable. It was a fantastic way of already feeling part of the Midland Heart team ;-)

Had a problem regarding security around the property, spoke to several people from midland heart and just seemed I was getting passed from pillar to post without getting anywhere, then out of nowhere I was contacted by a lady called Anthea, we had a chat on the phone and that same afternoon Anthea visited the property and assured me she’d get the issue resolved, and a little time after that it was finally done, I was losing all faith in midland heart to be totally honest, but Anthea has restored that, It’s reassuring to know there is somebody at the company that carries out there promises, she’s been a total star from day one, and she’s an absolute credit to the company, if anybody from midland heart reads this, please pass on my thanks to Anthea for all her help, And if Midland Heart employed more people like her, they’d be much the better for it. I would like to say a huge thank you to Callum and Kully for the excellent job they did repairing my fence panels. They were both so friendly, polite and professional from start to finish. They took great pride in their work, explained everything clearly, and the quality of the repair is fantastic. They left everything tidy when they had finished, and nothing was too much trouble.
