Ordered some boots and Evri failed to…
Ordered some boots and Evri failed to deliver, they went straight back to millets warehouse and wouldn’t try to re-deliver. Very bad customer service. Will not be ordering from millets again!.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly service
Callum was professional, friendly and happy to chat about the products I was purchasing. I asked about exchange policy as the 2 T-shirts were bought as a birthday present for my dad. Callum explained the return/exchange policy and I felt his customer service was admirable.

It’s not often that I write a review but on this occasion it is well deserved at Millets Bury . I was served by Emily at the store who assisted me sorting out an issue. The customer service I got was excellent with my return and then helping me in buying a slightly more expensive jacket that actually suited my needs for an outdoor jacket.

Great Customer service at Bury Store
Visited the Bury Store on Friday to purchase some new walking shoes.
The guy who served me (Callum) was superb, He was very patient and let me try on a good number of pairs before with his help, I chose the right ones for me.
Callum unlike a lot of sales persons these days was very helpfull and professional.Well done
With his customer based attitude will go far. A credit to the Company.
I have been using the shoes 'Peter Storm' for two days now and they are fantastic. My last three pairs were Merrell's and they all leaked after 12 months daily dog walking. Much prefere the new ones.
