Excellent customer service from all the staff especially the manager who was very helpful.

Visited Millets Glasgow Sauchiehall Street) on 21 May 26, with a friend who was shopping for new walking shoes. Assisted by a lovely lady, sorry I didn't catch her name. She was very knowledgeable about the products and brought out numerous shoes for my friend to try. Not only did my friend buy a pair of shoes but I also ended up buying a pair too!. Great shoes at a great price and super comfy.
Great offers on at present, just a shame the shop is closing down.
I do hope the staff are able to obtain employment elsewhere within the company, it would be a shame to lose such knowledge and experience.

I meet two lovely workers a man who helped me with my shoes and a woman called Susan she was a pleasure we talked about dogs and she helped me with my items to I really recommend this store thank you again

Debbie helped me find a pair of walking shoes. She listened to my needs and patiently brought me various options. Very pleased.

Claire and Debbie were a terrific help. I got exactly what I went in for. With their help I made my purchase on minutes. Just the way I like it!

The shop has a great selection of hiking boots with reasonable pricing. I've experienced amazing customer service with Claire and Susie who have both been extremely kind and patient with my poor decision-making skills despite their excellent advice. The only downside was the lack of choice for unconventional feet sizes (like mine which are a 5.5), but I'd recommend fully going to the shop and getting advice from these wonderful ladies.

Was helped by Susan and Claire today, nothing too much trouble for them, looked through their stock room to find the shorts I was after as they weren’t out on display yet, first class service

Came in today to get a new pair of boots, Susan & Claire were very helpful and got me a couple of pairs to try on, I appreciated how quick they were asking me if they could help out, very happy with the service.

So I ordered an all in 1 fleece lined peterstorm puddle suit for my son ..and added a "snood" or should I say piece of rag ! .. thin, bit of cloth cut uneven at each end .. not what was in the photo and to top ot off I ordered the puddle suit same day as snood paid and next day they canceled my order n didnt get what I actually wanted

Claire spent about an hour helping me to figure out everything I needed for my trip. She was very patient, attentive, and supportive while I spent a long time trying to figure out wha I wanted/needed. She even helped me fit everything into my backpack. Thank you so much Claire!!

Excellent customer experience! I called to check stock for a pair of walking boots which were out of stock in other stores, spoke to Steven who put by 2 different sizes for my daughter to try on the following day. On arrival, staff had the boots ready to try on, Steven suggested she try them with walking boot socks, and kindly provided them for her to try on. My daughter is delighted with the boots, thank you for your help Steven!

Had a great experience at Millets Glasgow. Went in to look at hiking boots and received amazing service from Debbie and Steven. Really attentive, patient and full of great advice. This included foot measurement, talking through the different types of boots, how to care for them and advice on insoles. I left with a great pair of boots and everything I needed. Would highly recommend.
