Millets - Guernsey Avaliações 

Popped in for some bits and was met straight away by Luke. He showed me where the bags were and spoke to me about which ones would be best for us and even went up stairs to get a couple that weren't on Display.
We will be popping in again for shoes soon.

Popped in today on a day trip to guernsey to look for shoes for my husband. We were served by Luke who was very friendly, polite and helpful. After trying on numerous pairs of shoes he found one he liked and bought them. The only real negative was the totally overwhelming heat in the shop. It was extremely uncomfortable and I don’t know how the staff deal with it on a daily basis.

My partner and I went in store today looking for clothes for an upcoming trip to Iceland. We were severed by Dan who was super helpful and informative on what sort of things to take and helped us with the right sizes etc. We were in the shop about an hour overall and Dan was with us the whole time. Really great customer service.

Served by Az, amazing customer service and he always goes above and beyond the job role. Couldn’t get all of the purchases to the car and he assisted us! Absolutely amazing ! Thank you!

I have been served by Az several times - he has great knowledge when it comes to the products I have been looking for. I recently went in to try an item on, I got a few different items to try & see which was best. Az did not bat an eyelid at this and he stood patiently, offering advice on the items. He wasn’t at all pushy like some retail assistants are, and when I had made my choice, he agreed with me, even though this was not the most expensive item. He is a credit to the store. I have noticed a definite improvement in all the staff over the past few months which is great.

Guernsey shop helpful in re-ordering and taking back my online Blacks purchase but I had to pay again a second time with the assurance my original money would be refunded. After 3 weeks this still hasn't happened and I'm not sure what to do next to action the refund.

The service in the shop we got today was actually amazing. The man serving us (AZ), didn't just show us the best products that we needed, but actually when we'd chosen something suggested something that is suitable but was cheaper than the one we had chosen. So really customer focused and we're so grateful.

What a great shopping experience, such knowledgeable staff! Denni was so helpful throughout my time in the shop, pointing me to the equipment I needed for my holiday. Keep up the good work!!

So I come in today I asked Denni what flask was best she was such a help.

Excellent friendly customer service as usual. Even adjusted sandal straps before I tried sandals on.

Staff were friendly and helpful when processing an awkward refund. The member of staff who served me was friendly and helpful, but when she needed help the senior member of staff was quick to step in and help her process the refund.

Dan was really helpful In going down to the stock room to look for a warm waterproof coat for our son as there was nothing on the shop floor in the size we needed.

My wife and I went into Millets today to get a pair of walking boots each. We were served by Luke who was very patient with us as we tried lots of different ones! We also picked up some socks when he told us they were on offer. Thanks so much!

Daisy was brilliant, didn’t have the shoes I wanted so on her own recourse bought another type. Told me I could order and get delivered to the store great service. Loved them bought them. Of course I will come again great service.

Excellent service, each time I visit the Millets shop in Guernsey. The staff is courteous, patient and knowledgeable; nothing is too much trouble. They genuinely want the customer to be happy with their purchase.

Dan was excellent, we were camping and forgot our bed pump. He showed everything they had and we bought a pump you could run from the car with various adapters.
For a couple of old campers with back issues it saved our holiday.
He and all the staff were patient and helpful.

I have been looking for a light waterproof jacket for a long time and today I found the perfect one in Millets, St Peter port. I was helped by both Daisy and Dan (staff) and both went out of the way to ensure I had a positive shopping experience.
