Staff are very good and attentive. Buying hiking boots Millet has the best selection in Guernsey. Prices higher than 'tinternet but allowed to take boots home and walk about to make sure OK. RaG

We were difficult but got great service!
I needed a rain jacket for my daughter. She was extremely awkward and wanted to try on different colours as well as different sizes. I felt so bad for the poor sales guy (I think his name was Aaron)… However, he didn’t seem to mind and went out of his way to help us.
Great service! First rate!

Taz was really helpful

Feeling slightly overwhelmed at the idea of buying backpacks for a family of four for our first inter railing holiday Taz helped immensely, walking me through the features and making recommendations. The products were really good value too, especially when compared to online.

Friendly & Helpful
When the item I wanted didn’t appear to be in stock the team member went to the stock room to make sure that there weren’t any in store. He was then very helpful in recommending an alternative product.
