Helpful staff
I’m going to Peru for a couple of weeks and went in knowing roughly what I needed. Jennifer was very knowledgeable on what I’d need and what was the best quality I could get within my budget. Her and Claire made sure my rucksack was in the limits of what I could take on the plane. She made the process very efficient and I was in and out in no time. Very happy overall with the experience!

Rude member of staff
Visited millets this morning and found a female member of staff very rude and argumentative with me, totally unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable. As someone with social anxiety this made me feel awful and like I shouldn’t have bothered leaving the house. On the other hand the male members of staff were lovely and should be praised for their politeness and willingness to help. I felt like I was just a pain in the woman’s neck for wanting to try some shoes on before I buy them, forgive me for wanting to have the right size! I think she should get a different job as she lacks any manners. I won’t ever step foot in that place again.

Top knowledge about boots
Top knowledge about boots, it was very busy but all customers were dealt with professionally. I had just returned some boots to another shop after they had failed twice, so it was good to have my boot issue solved. I got a pair of Berghaus Hillwalker II GTX, which look just the job.
