Local store with lots of choice
Local store with lots of choice. Good prices and special offers. Staff are knowledgeable regarding things like breathability and waterproof products. Amy gave good advice in choosing some new walking boots and was very patient whilst I tried to choose between several pairs.

The shop staff were very knowledgable
The shop staff were very knowledgable . I was served by Lisa who helped greatly with the product .Josh also helped with recommendations for maintaining the stability of the product . Great service all round

Great customer service experience
Wanted to purchase some walking shoes/boots and popped into Millets today to try things on. Amy was extremely helpful and patient in helping me find the right pair of shoes for me. Also found a great jacket at a great price. Very happy with my purchases.

Knowledgeable friendly staff
I came to the Southend branch today and found Sarah was very knowledgeable about the all products discussed, I came in for some hiking boots for my upcoming trip to Macchu Picchu. I initially see some I liked the look of, however Sarah advised me to try on a Brasher boot, which was a lot more comfortable around the ankle. She also advised me on the right socks to buy, so I have purchased 1 pair to test and will most certainly be back for a few more pairs before my trip.
