I came into the store today as I needed advice about some equipment I needed ahead of a camping trip myself and some friends are going on in April. Got served by a young man named Dee, very astute, and helpful. He was showing me through the headtorch collection, spoke of things I didn't even know about...Lumens value was it?
Anyway, he directed me to what I needed, and was most considerate. Thanks Dee.

Problem with boots
I had a problem with my boots not being waterproof when they should be. Following an earlier visit and given advice on how to reproof my boots, they still leaked. Ben was very understanding of the problem and offered a replacement pair of boots. I was very impressed with the way he ensured I was happy with this outcome, which I am.
