We took our daughter to get boots and equipment for Duke of Edinburgh award expedition. We were served by Leah who could not have been more helpful or friendly. It was a real pleasure. We live in London but I’d consider coming to Woking Millets again just for the service!

We were greeted by Kai and he was very helpful. We needed a sleeping bag and some other items for a DOE Bronze award trip in June and July. He was very knowledgeable about DOE and the items we needed. He was professional and polite. He was not a pushy sales person either. Many thanks Kai fir helping us today.

What a great experience today at Millets , Woking! Kamilla was excellent! Her customer service was 110%. She made my wife and I feel valued as Customers. We were just looking and had not intended to buy anything but left spending £91.00 after hearing about some a the great offers that were on. I don’t think we could have found better deals anywhere else.

I came last summer to Millets, Woking seeking some advice for my first camping trip. Kai was super helpful and gave me shared really useful insights. I walked away with a good understanding of what I need. I have then purchased a few items from Millets online (a tent - most important, airbeds, chairs, and other smaller things.) We ended up camping through a big storm on a first night and everything was intact and felt safe! The rest of the camping experience was super relaxing. Amazing. Thank you Kai for your help!

We needed to get several items for my daughter for DofE and Sarah was super helpful! We’re not campers/hikers so I had lots of questions, and she was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Thank you!

We went to the shop on Saturday for walking boots for my 14 yr old daughter (for DofE). Hannah helped us with selecting styles, makes and advising on sizing etc. She was really friendly, nothing was too much trouble, we didn’t feel rushed and the shop had a good selection in the sizes we needed to try. We bought a pair of boots that we hope will be perfect after some wearing in. Millets has a 28 day return, so if after wearing indoors they are not right, we can return them. Hoping with Hannah’s excellent assistance though, that we won’t need to.

Great Service from Kai in store, took his time and explained the difference between the walking shoe styles and manufacture for me to end up with what was best for my feet and purpose.

Sarah (at Woking) was attentive, patient and incredibly helpful. She possesed a good stock knowledge. A definite asset to the company. An approachable, friendly team working at the store today.

The staff in this shop could not be any more helpful - really excellent customer service!! Kai helped us and was brilliant.

Jo served me when I visited the store on 17.03.25. She was very helpful and helped me choose the pair of walking shoes I needed. There was plenty of stock and a good range of shoes. Jo brought several pairs out for me to try on and nothing was too much trouble. A great experience, thank you

We visited the Woking branch of Millets to buy some lightweight walking boots. the assistant Kamilla was so helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased 2 pairs of boots, its nice to know Millets a shop from my childhood many years ago now is still present in town centres.

Popped in to collect a few small things for my daughter’s upcoming DofE. Kai was friendly, gave plenty of useful advice and was very knowledgeable. Millets also give extra discount to those taking part in the DofE award scheme. Very happy!

I was helped today by Leah, to chose some new walking boots. Leah was knowledgeable about the products on offer and able to give her advice on the best buy. She was friendly and professional, to both myself and the other store worker (who was also lovely). I'd recommend the store based on customer service alone. There were also significant discounts on a lot of the stock, so well worth a visit, and additional discounts for Scouting Association members.
