Everything went smooth except for for the shipping company calling at the last minute and postponing the delivery, after I had already taken time off work to be at home.

When setting up the delivery, it would be helpful if your automated message stated at the start of the message that someone needs to be present for delivery instead of saying it after the delivery is scheduled and then having no opportunity to reschedule.

Also instructions on how to schedule the delivery without signing needs to be made clearer at the time of placing the order.

Other than that we are quite happy with our purchase.

Mirador products are incredibly well made and durable. I purchased a deck box 2 years after I purchased a Mirador pergula

I recently purchased a 10x13 with two pull down shades. I have not installed this yet but a few days after purchasing a 10% sitewide sale was posted on the website. After a few emails Mirador honored the 10% discount and refunded me the difference.

The only area for improvement I could see was the tracking on the website. The website did not update and I did not know It was being delivered until I recieved a phone call from the carrier a few hours prior to delivery.

Easy assembly. Super high quality product.

The 111da was packaged very well. The material is great. It went together just like the instructions stated. We didn’t with 2 people in 4 hours.

As I write this I’m giving it 5 stars. Shipped well, packed well, and so far it’s been easy to install. My last step is installing the louvers and securing them. Seems easy enough. If the weather and my schedule would have cooperated I’d have had this up myself with minimal help from my wife in one day. The quality seems great too. I can’t wait to relax under it.

Issue with delivery of product in that the delivery company was not prepared to deliver such heavy products. Due to our driveway they could not back into our driveway. They then had no way to safely unload the pavilion parts which were over 500#’s! The truck did not appear to have a lift mechanism so they had to physically get it off the truck. We were so worried they were going to hurt themselves! We did inform the delivery service and Mirador.

I recently purchased two chaise lounges and a 3-piece conversation set from Mirador Outdoor, and I’m extremely happy with the quality—everything is beautiful and very well made.

There was a small shipping hiccup, but their customer service was excellent. They were responsive, communicated clearly, and resolved the issue quickly. I also needed a cushion exchange, and it was handled faster than expected.

Great products and great service. I would definitely recommend Mirador Outdoor to friends and family.

great customer service. We needed accessories for the pergola we got at costco and mirador helped us make sure it was right. Arrived on time, easy set up!

Fast delivery service from purchase to arrival. Finally put it up this past weekend. The louvers can be tedious though fairly easy. Someone else mentioned about the hold down bolts and I had the same experience. Challenge is the drill bit, recommend including a drill bit that can be used by an impact drill. Alternative is having true half inch singers for the concrete. The screen is heavy and you do need 2 people to put it in place. Overall pleased, just hope the plastic components hold up in the sun and heat. 2 people install and went fairly easy.

The ordering process to the delivery and support was great!

I received the shipment and it was wrong. I ordered:

111 Accessory - 1/3 10' Decowall Panorama × 6

and received:

111 Accessory - 1/3 13' Decowall Panorama × 6

A couple of things...the order of operation and Item B.
The packaging is great, but the majority of the components had to be set aside to get to the base.
The manufacturing tooling on Item B needs a "Check Fixture" for Quality Control. There was a need for the use of clamps to force alignment before installing the hardware. The installation of hardware into their assigned location however is brilliant...built-in inventory verification (QC)...Genius!
