We recently attended the NEC camping and motorhome show where we attended the Mirider stand where we were greeted by a friendly bunch of Mirider staff.
No pushy sales and all round very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We purchased our bike and quickly received it three days after the show. Excellent customer service.

I wanted a folding electric bike so went to the motorhome show at the NEC. There were plenty of suppliers selling folding electric bikes. However the MiRider 20 stood out. Aesthetically it looks great. I had also spoken with owners of the MiRider 16 who had sung the praises of the bike. British designer and British made also is a benefit with plenty of agents should you need them. Mathew did me a great deal and I walked away with the bike. I’ve had one 18 mile ride on it and the bike performed brilliantly. So pleased with my choice. The MiRider team were great to chat with, a very relaxed sell which is great. Thanks team.

Great service and e-bike experience

MiRider 20. Range is a bit of an issue; roughly getting about 18miles per charge on 1 , 2 and sometimes 3 power with occasional boost. Only got 16 miles the first time but I was using the highest assist most of the way. I bought it for relatively short trips for site visits in combination with train use and it's serving that purpose well, and I've bought an extra battery to get over range anxiety.
Great for hills and steady inclines, it's only got one gear which means I probably won't be able to make a really steep incline (not yet fully tested) and still not quite gotten used to having to coast down hills and waiting until the speed drops to about 18mph until I can peddle again, which can be a bit of an issue if wanting to try and keep ahead of cars.
Really solid build and I feel very safe on the roads. The seat and handlebars are both adjustable to allow a good riding position for each person. The boost switch makes it extremely enjoyable to get away at the lights and also when needed for a sudden incline. The fold design is really straightforward and I've had no issues getting in on and off trains, and also been able to store it on the luggage rack.
I've given a 4 star rating because of the battery life plus the single gear downhill coasting, but have to say I'm enjoying the ride of the bike immensely and it makes local journeys extremely easy, whilst not taking up too much space at home. More straight forward than using the car (no need to worry about parking etc) and much easier / more confident with traffic than using a normal bicycle.

Mirider is probably the best company I have ever experienced for customer service. The quality of their bikes is incredible. I do 5000 miles a year on a Mirider one fold up bike. I take the bike to the factory to be serviced where their workmanship is incredible. They are very fair with pricing and will always help when needed. I cannot compliment them enough as a company.

Purchased some accessories for my MiRiDER 20. All arrived very quickly and well packaged. The AirMach tyre inflator is a great device. It allows you to set a desired pressure and it automatically stops there. Very quick to do this just before using the bike which helps conserve the MiRiDER battery life.

Very quick delivery over the festive period of a set of replacement mudguards for MiRider one GB3. Brilliant.

Really impressed with Mirider excellent bike really good priced accessories and a speedy service.

Professional and fast service

Had the bike one week, biking on the wolds and lost power, no boost or anything, what made things worst was i could not ride it home, as it felt as if the brakes were on. I've recently had my hip replaced so I struggled pushing it home which was about 2ml away so my wife had to push it. We were on a weekend break which was totally spoiled, we are driving to Spain in January in our motorhome, one of the reasons i bought this bike was to use it in Spain, I've lost faith in this bike now.
It is now with the supplier to find out the fault.
Pretty disappointed to say the least. How do I know this won't happen again?

Could have had ab allan key and spanner with the carry bag. Screw to hold mudguard on not properly made to take allan key
