Always helpful, don’t just sell you a bike then forget about you , have bought a few spare parts , my bike is getting on to nearly 5 years old and still rides like new . Quality bikes and top customer service can’t ask much more, thank you again keep doing what you’re doing!!!

Great product and even better customer service.

Last week I noticed that my mudguard was damaged and had fallen off. I contacted MiRider via their WhatsApp’s number and they were extremely quick to reply. From here it was a couple of emails to source the part as it was not showing on the website. Within 2 days the mudguard had arrived and was put on my bike. For £16 I received a rear and front mudguard, this also included posting.

The customer service from MiRider is, and has always been amazing. Keep up the good work, customers are your business and you treat them brilliantly.

A few teething issues - fairly minor is the only reason I gave a four instead of a five. These were handled by MiRider staff efficiently, and without question, so quickly and easily resolved. We absolutely love our MiRider 20 bikes - they are so practical and so much fun!

The staff were helpful and made great efforts to ensure all the service work on our Mi Rider 20 bikes was completed and extra work, like putting chunky tyres on the bikes, was done in good time for us to collect the bikes and head back up to the Scottish borders next morning.

If Carlsberg did bike purchases, look no further.

Allen Boardman was very helpful, responsive and dispatch time was very quick indeed.

Minor issue with DPD delivery to the wrong address, would recommend enforcing a signature and photograph of the front door.

Always great to deal with the guys at MiRider , what a top team and company they are , would highly recommend them and their products

Problems with Evri
I ordered some parts from MiRider and the firm they used to deliver (the first time) was Evri and that was a complete disaster, so why the 5 stars, I have been in contact with team at MiRider and they have been excellent and understanding and now shipping a second set (recalling the first), so for customer support they have been quick to reply and supportive.

WE ORDERED 2X MIRIDER 20 from the motorhome show October 2025, and chatted to Steve. 2 days later we were kindly allowed to film the factory and assembly of our bikes in wigan. A big thankyou to Steve, Martin, Adam, Alan, John and especially Anthony & Liam who built them and everyone who helped build our bikes. Staff are fantastic and friendly.

l can't complain about my Mirider 1. l've done over 3,000 miles on the bike including off road (which it's not designed for), riding five miles with a flat rear tyre, and through a 12" deep flood which sadly wrecked the motor.
Had to fit a new back wheel with motor.

But apart from that the bike keeps going and it's only needed general maintenance. The new "chunky" tyres provided by Mirider are an improvement plus the new pedals are better quality as well.

The bike needs little maintenance but it is important to do it. The cable disc brakes work well but pad wear needs to be adjusted using the allen key on the inside brake caliper. lf you adjust for wear using the cable, the brakes can eventually jam on.
Also the folding catch needs occasional adjustment to take up play, as a hint if it does not sit completely flat against the frame after a ride, it's time to adjust it.

Replacement tyres arrived really quickly. Good service.

I was more than happy with all things MiRiDER.
EVRI, the courier left the parcel outside while I was awau for several days. Luckily one of my neighbours took the parcel in.
As regards all on line purchases, I am now asking all people who thier courier is. Should they answer Evri, then the order is cancelled.

I am happy with this response, and can now look forward to ordering with MiRiDER.
