Wife loves the bikes
Bikes arrived on time, however, 1 bike packaging was damaged in transit, rear mud guard supports detached and small dent to mudguard, easily fixed however, disappointing. (DPD!)
My wife, fair to say, a non cyclist, loves the bike, never stopped talking about it! 15 miles on Sunday!
Coming from a fully suspended MTB I’m struggling a little, with ride harshness, generally loving the bike too.

Really Compact
Easy to deal with let me know when it was arriving and with which courier. Easy to build and its a fantastic ride. It folds down so small I think it would fit into the boot of most cars really compact. Great bike.

I use my MiRider 20GB3 almost exclusively off road.
I use my MiRider 20GB3 to enable me to access remote hill country on the west coast of Scotland. I've found that it's quite capable of negotiating the landcover tracks that criss cross the hills. If I have one complaint its that the "walk assist" is at 5 miles per hour which is absolutely useless because if I have to get off because of the the track is too loose or steep then its impossible to walk that fast. Apart from that its a great little bike.

This is my 3rd E bike in 4 months
This is my 3rd E bike in 4 months, I have fallen off 4 times, then my husband purchased the Mirider for me OMG I love it!!!! It is so much easier to ride, and haven't fallen off once, I am bruise free. It's amazing can't fault it. Thankyou

Brilliant customer service
Having managed to damage the display on my bike, I arranged for MiRider to send out a replacement to arrive the next day. Unfortunately DPD let us down and we had to head off on our trip away without the display. However Pav worked tirelessly to find a solution and we had a new part delivered to a DPD drop off point close to where we were staying and the new display is now fitted to the bike.

Tyres were despatched within a reasonable timeframe. However, I would be willing to pay extra for delivery if the courier was not Evri who are unreliable.

Warranty doesn't cover labour charge
I had a new tyre fitted under warranty as it frayed on the side wall and they charged me £20 labour charge and I'm not happy about it and I won't be using this company about.
The wires have just snapped off my front light after 3 weeks and 40 miles and kick stand fell off last week I presume the bolts weren't tightened properly or locktite wasn't used
