Superb customer service. Not had a puncture on the mirider gb3 as found out has special layer . I do wish legal ebikes had a special boost for when you are going steep uphill but thats likely a future thing. Also would like mirider to design locks as these frames are big but its hard to find a decent fitting lock.

Great bike, very well made, needs a few more gears for down hill, impossible to lock properly as there is no place for a d-lock that is not vulnerable to undoing 2 bolts and opening the frame, such a shame. 20 inch GB3.

The pre delivery inspection sheet signed by Tom is somewhat laughable after discovering the front caliper wasn't tightened properly after the first ride.
100 miles ridden and the chain looked like it could do with adjusting but I quickly discovered there was zero chain adjustment left. How could this be on a brand new bike with just over 100 miles with a chain that hadn't been touched?
I called Mirider for guidance and an explanation. We discussed the issue and agreed on an afternoon video call the following day to get to the bottom of the issue. By 14.45 I'd not had a call and had to chase it up. A video call was made but the call was ended mid call for some reason with nobody attempting to call back. Again I had to chase things up, raising a complaint. I spoke with Alan the manager who offered to collect my bike, inspect the issue and have it returned at no cost to myself.
Waiting for the box to be sent out to return the bike.

Super helpful in the phone & sent me a new bung for the gearbox on my bike foc same day. Excellent service, thank you.

I recently bought two MiRider 20 electric folding bikes from @electricbikeman (authorised retailer) at a Caravan & Motorhome Show.
The bikes are awesome, great quality and lightweight for an e-bike and have a 2 year warranty. I did experience an issue with one of the bikes which meant that I had to send it back to MiRider for repair.
The response from MiRider was outstanding, within 24 hours of me contacting MiRider the bike was collected from my home address and sent for repair. Three days later I received my bike back following repair. Communication from MiRider is first class, the level of service is outstanding as are MiRider Bikes. Thanks.

If you buy a secondhand mirider the warranty is void and it's a scam to try to get you to buy a new one and shame on your mirider this is not acceptable and shame on you
If you run the battery voltage and 7ah through an ebike calculator it says 12 miles and it's impossible to get 45 miles and there website is committing fraud saying 45 miles

Purchased a MiRider one just before Christmas had hardly used it and went to use it and noticed a bumping when peddling, upon inspecting the tyres noticed that some of the side wall of the rear tyre had frayed away exposing the inner tube, I called the retailers I bought it from who advised that this shouldn’t of happened and was advised to take it in which I did I wasn’t charged for the tyre due to the fault, but was for the fitting, I contacted MiRider directly several times but just kept getting fobbed off, wouldn’t recommend them or use there brand again considering the price of the bikes

Visited mirider in Wigan for test ride was impressed with the mirider 1gb3 bought 2 .very friendly staff and no pushy sales people all round lovely experience

The product and packaging designs are 5* as are the service and delivery. The loss of a * when rating [harsh] (4* rating) is because the bike and accessories have failed to keep pace! I ordered and recieved a rear rack, however, the model of 'mudcatcher' fitted to my bike was incompatible (as sold) with the rack fitting instructions, and required aftermarket engineering (×2 tie wraps) to complete the installation. Otherwise it would have been a 5* review ...

Was on day trip to bakewell, we stopped in Mossley at a small retail park 10 minutes from bakewell, we visited Adventure bike Ltd, took a test ride on a mirider e.bike loved it and bought/ordered one Paul at Adventure bike Ltd was fantastic, no regret, should have bought one before now, happy day's.

Love our his n hers - 24 gb3s - we took quite a long time trying out various bikes and going up to the NEC to come up with our decision- we had a checklist so some were discounted quite quickly! The no chains only belt driven was at the top. Affordable but not cheap looking or feeling. Portable to a point was another, compact but not folding in the middle, we wanted the big bike feel and look and the 24 was the compromise, we wanted them ready to go no building or faffing. We wanted British back up if anything went wrong and this is where we dropped a star sadly. One had quite a major fault - the back wheel bolts fell out quite dangerous tbh! We haven’t had any feedback or explanation so far. We were inconvenienced by being without the bike and were feeling quite disheartened and losing faith but we have to say mirider pulled it back from the brink at the 11th hour and got us a next day replacement bike with comped gel saddle upgrades. We are relieved we bought British made under these circumstances as I fear it would’ve been game over for our cycling holiday had it been an out of the UK purchase. That said they really do need to sort out employing someone to answer phones it was either a message which was saying out of hours during working hours or it was an on hold music playing wait of 30 minutes to just giving up! All in all a good bike not cheap but enjoying using them and getting out & about. We fit them both in the boot of our car so they’re safe/dry. We’ve been up some pretty steep hills with them and they haven’t failed yet! Here’s to more trips.

I purchased two Mirider 20 GB3's and had the luxury of being able to visit Mirider's premises and test ride the bikes. A really helpful and friendly team who seem very passionate about their product. The bikes are great and the buying experience just as good.

One of my two packages got held up at the delivery depot but when I raised this the mirider they investigated and engaged with them, sorted it out and the package was delivered the next day! They were also considering sending a replacement if that didn’t work, so that we got them in time for our trip. Top service!

I didn't purchase a Gb3 directly from Mirider as stated by Mirider's reply-only Chunky tyres for my GB3 already purchased from a local dealer.
