Bike well prepared and packed. Easy to assemble. MiRider very helpful when I needed to change delivery arrangements. Really easy to get used to as a first electric bike. Folds into a really compact size and nice and light to handle.

We have been extremely pleased with our experience with Mirider so far: we have been dealing with several members of staff, all of whom have been extremely friendly, responsive and, most importantly, very knowledgeable. We were encouraged to ask questions at every stage of the process and felt well-informed with making our purchase (two GB3 eBikes). There were some slight technical issues over payment (nothing to do with Mirider) and the Mirider member of staff dealing with the issue was very proactive and helpful. An extremely positive experience all round.

Just to reply to your previous answer, you said there were gaps in me replying …. Yes there were as explained to you both my parents died within 2 weeks of each other so I’m terribly sorry you were the last thing on my kind !!!! You asked me to go to the nearest shop , this is 20 miles away and I do not drive and there is no public transport hence the need for my bike , funny how it was delivered to my property of which I paid but you can’t collect it !!! you also mentioned my retailer advised me and you had multiple conversations with them … this us simply untrue , you or I have never had a conversation with them NOR did you once offer for me to return the charger YOU advised me to buy !! I saved my money to pay for transport fur me to save me walking SADLY I’m out of pocket and have a heap of scrap metal in my shed oh and a new boxed charger , we support British small companies like yourselves because most go above and beyond for their customers because they actually care …. Sadly you make me loose faith in people and small business’s as you simply don’t care … where’s your heart MIRIDER?
Update from reply , a batteries life IS NOT 2 charges MIRIDER and if it is which you have advised in previous emails then people should read this before purchasing !! I expected better from a British company that relies on customers that actually care where their products come from and support this, I am left with a bike that I brought brand new and had delivered and does not work , plus a brand new charger , the bike is not fit for purpose clearly and you have left me with £1800 worth of nothing which I actually work very hard for

We had been looking at many folding bikes for quite some time and kept coming back to the MiRider. We went specifically to the Motorhome Manchester show in January to see the MiRider team and the bikes. Two weeks later we were invited to the show room (on a Saturday, they don't generally open weekends!) in Wigan and showed around, it was really interesting seeing the set up. We tried all three bikes. No pressure whatsoever, no hard sell, the bikes sell themselves. My MiRider One was ready within a couple of days and when I asked if it could be delivered it was no problem and at no extra cost and arrived the following day. Small issue with the bell not working but a replacement was posted out immediately. Absolute 100% customer service. Such friendly service. British made. Perfect. We will be back soon to purchase another at some point in the future.

I am the husband of above named. I purchased and took possession of my 24GB3 having gone through a dealership in Hull, Cliff Pratt cycles. (Despite living in York they were so helpful on the phone that I was prepared to travel).
Following a visit the previous Monday I was able to view this model. Having watched and read reviews and seeing it in the flesh so to speak I was totally impressed and felt it suited my needs. I am 66yrs old, a Silver Surfer!!! I ordered it.
MiRider were able to supply my bike within days and by Thursday the excellent dealers had assembled and checked it out for my collection the next day.
Despite the inclement weather I have done 25 miles and love it, battery says half full. The cycle is just right size and the step through design helpful. I have to say it feels like a full size bike when riding.
The only one irritation is that I thought the rear rack would have been standard instead of an accessory, particularly for the extra money over the no gears model. I am now awaiting an MiRider saddle bag to fit it…Hoping they produce one soon. I also purchased the extra comfortable seat. Suits a man of my age. Would recommend this cycle and Cliff Pratt cycles.
