From the offset Mr Marble were helpful throughout and kept in touch from the ordering to installation date. The fitters were fantastic and helpful and did an outstanding job. We had a little niggle but this was remedied immediately.

What a pleasure to be a customer of this company. Unbelievable turn around (measured on Monday, booked installation for Wednesday, but then asked if they could start fitting on the Tuesday)........the chap doing kitchen was amazed! Worktops look lovely. Felt I was being treated as a valuable customer, despite realistically not being a customer again. In addition, price excellent. Very competitive. Again chap fitting kitchen said was a bargain.
And the lady in Aylesbury showroom (Tori) and chaps fitting (Paul and ....sorry, didn’t get his name) were kind, considerate, very professional and beyond helpful.

My experience with Mistermarble has been wonderful from start to finish. The quote was reasonable and the whole process went quickly and smoothly.

I have to commend them on their customer service though; that was exceptional throughout the process. The ladies at head office, the surveyor and the fitters all went above and beyond.

5 star service from start to finish! We went into the Manchester / Bury showroom and right from the beginning we had a stress-free, no sales approach but backed up with high quality customer service and aftersales support. The team there were brilliant from Kerry in the office to the template and installation teams. The price was very very competitive, the ordering and delivery were extremely fast and efficient- in fact less than 3 days from ordering/ template to installation! Went with the calacatta quartz worktop in the end. Indeed was a little nervous as hadn't seen too much of this particular worktop in the flesh but glad I went for this in the end as looks fantastic! Highly recommended- great product, great price with great support from all areas of the business.

Brilliant service from start to finish .very happy

Went one Saturday morning to get samples of what would work with our new kitchen, met Kerry who was just brilliant, nothing was too much trouble to the point of even entertaining my two year old daughter! We took a few samples and emailed over the measurements. Literally within minutes Kerry responded clarifying all our requirements. The quotation provided was more than reasonable. We had contacted a couple of other companies too but they just didn’t seem to engage or be particularly interested. We accepted the quotation and and were guided every step of the way. Our kitchen installer confirmed our units would be installed ready for Thursday. mister Marble confirmed they could survey Thursday and install Monday. As it was, our kitchen fitter worked extremely hard and was ready on Wednesday the surveyor from Mister Marble came out at lunchtime Wednesday and the installers were at my house on the Friday! The surveyor and the installers all conducted themselves in a professional manner and did a superb job. We are delighted with the finish and our stunning new worktops. Kerry and her team did an amazing job....thank you again!!

We'd actually been to a few companies before who'd offered various offers and special deals. It was all very convoluted and all at inflated prices with hidden extras.
However it was only at Mister marble that we got a friendly and no nonsense approach which was very refreshing. Kerry made sure we understood everything and explained the process in depth.
we were also happily surprised at the reasonable pricing which was a good few hundred pounds cheaper for the same product.

Sorry it is Mr Granite who is on Old Church Road, Coventry using my photo and NOT Mistermarble, My error.
Therefore I have changed the rating back to 5. Nothing to do with this company.

I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Kerry and the team for all your help and support in progressing my order for Granite worktops. I am extremely thrilled with the service I have received, right from estimation, quoting, site visit and installation. Chris and Nick who carried out the fitting kept me informed every step of the way, were kind and courteous. Chris was very helpful and ready to answer any questions I had - considering they both started out at 4am and finished at 430pm - those boys only stopped twice for around 5-10 minutes all day (complete grafters!). They left my kitchen and garden spotless, for which I am very grateful. So glad we made the decision to have the work done, thank you again and Merry Christmas to you all!

I researched several companies before choosing Mistermarble when purchasing granite for a new kitchen installation. From start to finish Jenny was extremely polite, helpful and professional. Her product knowledge was superb and she was very helpful with the ordering and delivery. I would recommend the company, their products and services to anyone

Following the posing of the original review below Mistermarble got in touch. To be fair they apologised for the treatment and welcomed all the valuable feedback. They also refunded the credit card charges, which was good of them in fairness.

ORIGINAL REVIEW
Recently purchased a quartz worktop from Mistermarble. We needed about 12 metres, with upstands, and the price was over the £3k mark. Which was not bad considering other suppliers were quoting £4.5k and above for similar, albeit branded worktops.

Fitting wasn't too bad, although I'm now used to British tradesmen always whinging and moaning about something and these were no different. We've had almost a year's worth of major renovations on our property and have had our fair share of whinging - always someone else's fault. Whinge whinge, moan moan. Just get it done please.. *rolls eyes*. But they weren't too bad, friendly enough and did a good job.

Everything was fine until it came to payment. Paying by bank transfer was an option, I'd been told, but nobody had told me that paying by bank transfer needed to be done the day before (it was right on the bottom of the final quote - none of the (several) quotes before that mentioned it, so why would I bother checking the last one...). It was a simple mistake although nobody bothered mentioning it before the day or on the day itself. Quite a big thing. Not even the two fitters who told me they'd been instructed not to leave site until payment had been made.

Mistermarble demanded payment there and then. I needed to transfer the cash from an ISA to a nominated current account and then transfer it. None of this is instant. The sales person threatened to ask the fitters to rip out the worktop and come back the following day. Seriously, is that how you treat a customer forking out a tidy £3k? Appalling customer service.

In the end I paid by credit card. With a 2% fee. The EU credit card fee ban can't come in soon enough. Oh, the country voted Brexit... The money transferred just 15 minutes later. All of this could've been avoided had they made it clear.

Oh, no aftercare. No advice. Will it scratch and if so, which materials? Can you place hot items on it? What cleaning products can you/can you not use? Other than Barkeeper's Friend. They just want your money. By the way, Google is your friend.

Our worktop has a few marks now. Funny how the sample they'd sent that we'd used and abused had nothing. After my payment experience I'm not sure I trust further. But hey, I suppose you get what you pay for.

But I won't forget those words 'well, we'll just rip it out and come back tomorrow then'.

Happy with the Granite Worktop.
Will use them again in our next project.
