Excellent service from start to finish. The fitters were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic value for money and a great quality worktop. Highly recommend them. 10 out of 10.

I'd just like to say a massive thankyou, to you, and everyone at Mister Marble for all of the kindness, amazing service and dedication that you all give to your customers. It literally took me months to find and decide upon someone to fit our worktops. Obviously we had quotes from different companies (one of which is still bothering us now!), but your advice, "no nonsense" attitude and "we can do it" approach gave me the confidence to use your company, and boy I'm so glad I did!
We love the worktops, your guys who fitted them were great.
From the site surveyor to the fitting, the whole process was fantastic - thanks for dealing with my panicked calls when I realised there was a problem with the sink!

Thank you for the invoice unfortunately it went straight to my junk mail so I've just got it. I want to thank you all for all the effort sorting out my beautiful granite island in my kitchen. I've always wanted one and I nearly didn't get it, did I? As Kerry said 'there is no problem that can't be fixed at Mistermarble and she was right! It took Jason all his time and efforts to make my granite island safe and workable. For that I'm very grateful and pleased with it, I don't even notice the legs now! Just had the White Supernova worktops fitted, they set off my new grey and white kitchen units brilliantly. Kerry and Jenny were extremely helpful throughout and the two guys that installed the worktops worked as a team and completed the job to our satisfaction, and even cleaned everywhere down when they finished.
I would certainly recommend this Company for its price, service and quality.

I think the lads in the yard that actually do all of this work deserve the credit more than anyone else. They work really hard to get each one of these jobs completed on time.

From start to finish, the Mistermarble staff were friendly and cooperative. My kitchen was measured, I was advised on what to choose and the worktop (complete with upstands and splashback) was installed - all within 4 days.

I love my new worktop. Friendly, fast and affordable.

Thoroughly pleased with all aspects of the service delivered by Mr Marble from Jenny and the girls in the office, the two lads who came to measure and to Chris and Nik who completed the fitting.

All staff were both pleasant and well mannered throughout.
Chris and nik were were thoughtful about the property from arrival to leaving and carried out an exceptional job of fitting the kitchen tops.

Could not have wished for for anything more and would highly recommend Mr marble to anyone wanting good quality work tops and a service that was a pleasure to receive, as was delivered by all.

It was a pleasure to meet all the staff who gave service with knowledge of what they were doing and completing it all with a smile.

For anyone reading this you can see from my email above that I really rate this organisation from the first contact from Jenny on the sales desk to the fitters (Michael & Ian), who were excellent (they'll do anything for a bacon and egg muffin!).

I was nervous about dealing with Mistermarble in Bury as I knew nothing about them. I read the Trustpilot reviews and they were all positive so I went to see Kerry. After meeting her I was sure that I'd made the right decision. She was patient and explained everything to me in detail and the price was competitive. Mistermarble also only ask for £100 deposit and you pay the balance on completion. Any company who does that must be confident in the quality of their work!!

The fitters were two of the hardest working men I've met in a long time. I'm very fussy but their craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. The finished job looks great - I bought white quartz work tops and back splashes.

All in all, an excellent company that I would have no hesitation in recommending.

The team at Mister Marble were exceptional, from the initial contact with Kerry and her colleagues through to completion. The process was explained clearly and we actually paid slightly less than the original quote based on my measurements after the surveyor came to get them exactly.

The fitters arrived promptly and completed the job, (and took away their debris) ensuring we were completely satisfied with the result before we made payment.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to others for quality, service and cost. Our granite worktops look great!

Had my granite fitted by Mistermarble and I can't thank them enough. After looking on the internet we decided to visit their showroom and chose a beautiful white sparkly quartz. The staff were very friendly and the girls gave us an excellent deal. A few days later the fitters came and installed them perfectly. No mess and only took a few hours . I really cannot give them enough praise we are over the moon with the service and our sparkly worktops.

I would definitely use Mister Marble again - that in itself shows how happy I have been with their service. Our worktops look absolutely amazing. I am very very happy.

I have one criticism - when the guy came to measure up a time of 10am was given. He arrived 45 minutes late. I wasn't living in the house at the time as it was a refurb so we had no heating etc.... and with a baby in the car this wasn't ideal.

I would however highly recommend them 😊

I thought I'd write a review of our experience with mistermarble as I found other reviews helpful when we were shopping around to replace our worktops. Mistermarble gave us the best quote out of 12 companies that I sought quotes from. What won us over with Mistermarble was the fact that they were able to do the survey and fit our worktops within a few of days of each other. Other companies we would have had to wait 2 weeks which we wanted to avoid as we were not keen on not having worktops for that long. I should stress here that part of the reason for this is that ours was a straight forward install (u-shaped kitchen, 3 lengths under 3mtrs each, no undermount sink cut out or upstands). If you have a more complicated set up then you might need a fuller template service.

I dealt with Kerry initially who was very helpful and answered all my questions about the granite they use, where it's from, how they cut and join and how they operate. As we already knew what stone we wanted, (Star Galaxy) we knew they were pretty standard no matter where we purchased it from. She explained that you pay for the survey separately (£60) after it has been done and then pay for worktop on the day of the install once you were satisfied with it. We had to arrange to have our old worktops, sink and hob removed before the fitting but we didn't t have to have them removed for the survey. We also had to arrange to have the sink and hob reconnected after the install as mistermarble won't do this for you.

We had the survey done on a Monday 30 Jan where the surveyor took measurements, checked our units to ensure they would support the weight of the worktops and explained what would happen on the day of install. He showed us some samples of the stones and confirmed our order. On Thursday 2 Feb, two guys (stone masons) turned up with three large pieces of granite on the back of their lorry. They checked the measurements, set up on our drive and used a wet saw to cut the holes for the sink and hob and the worktops to size. They then fitted them. The whole process took less than 2 hours. We have two joins in the three pieces we have, joined together with some sort of resin and is smooth to the touch. They cleaned the drive afterwards and also left us a large slab cut off from one of the pieces which my husband says he will find a use for- we'd paid for it after all!

We had one issue with the cutting, in that they cut one of the pieces a tiny bit shorter than they need to be and as result, it didn't sit all the way up to the wall. Our tiler was on site so we asked his advice on whether this would cause any problems with the tiling he was going to do in the kitchen and he said no. Otherwise, we would have withheld payment and made mistermarble fix it. The tiles have been installed and you can't tell so all is well.

We are delighted with our worktops, especially since it cost us a lot less than others wanted for the same product. We came across a lot of scaremongering from other companies when we were doing our research - they claimed that we would get an inferior service with off cuts bits of granite joined together if we went with mistermarble and that pre-cut slabs were not the same as large blanks and that we should avoid using companies that cut on site . The reality for us is that we can't tell the difference between my friend who paid three times what we did for her Star Galaxy granite and ours in terms of quality - they look identical. Perhaps a granite expert can tell a difference but to me and everyone else they look exactly the same. I personally think that if you have a standard shape kitchen with standard worktop lengths, you can save yourself a fair bit by going with mistermarble. I'd say it's good value but you will have to do your own research and decide for yourself.

Would I recommend mistermarble, yes because they do what they do well and the staff seemed knowledgeable and answered all our questions frankly. For the quality of the product we got at the price, it's hard to complain. I would have given them 5 stars were it not for the slight under-cut to one of the pieces.

My kitchen looks amazing after such a traumatic time with another Company who promised that my kitchen would be finished in time for Christmas and then I got an email informing me that they were too busy and it would be the New Year when I could have worktops done.

The staff at Mistermable's are amazing, the fitters were amazing, customer service and communication was amazing. I rang them on them on the Friday a couple of weeks ago and on the Tuesday I was measured up and my quartz was then fitted on the Friday of the same week.

Price was given before the fitting and the price you were given did not change and what great value. I highly recommend this Company so don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Excellent service throughout from enquiry to completion, firstly we rang and Jenny sent out the sample and we received the sample the next day, survey was booked and fitting completed by Baz and Jonny.

absolutely fantastic service from mistermarble from start to finish, went to showroom and picked out what we wanted, gave our measurement to the lady in office she quoted for us which was very competitive to say the least, which i will admit did arouse suspicion in me as to level of service and quality, but i thought lets take a chance, must have been my lucky day, she explained about survey and up front cost of £60 on day of survey, rest of bill to be settled on satisfied completion of work. had survey and booked installation date, that day came and work was carried out as promised to an exceptional standard by 2 very professional tradesmen/workhorses, they only had 1 cuppa all day, they left our house as if they had not been, apart from the fantastic worktop the fitted, no mess left very courteous guys, a credit to mistermarble. i would recomend this company to anyone. many thanks from rob and lindsey cullen.
