Getting a refund is like getting blood out of a stone!

I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a refund, even though their return policy states 7 days. I have contacted customer services 3 times now and they keep fobbing me off. I have now been advised to take this matter to court. Shocking service from a “high end” brand.

After arriving here from Israel I was looking to relax and give my body a hard earned rest. The hotel owner I stayed with recommended this Miu Miu 2 so I took Grab there without a booking they find a place for me. It is the most amazing experience and probably the best present I’ve given myself. The young girl who did the massage was very very good at what she does. I could not have asked for for more they way she conducted herself very professionally and very very thorough. I could not thank this girl enough I felt so much better. I even left a good tip for her even though she didn’t ask for. God bless you girl and keep up the good work.

If i could give zero stars i would

If i could give zero stars, I would. The customer service reps sound like they are at a party based on background noises and laughing when they answer saying hello? I had to literally ask if this was Miu Miu (as it sounded like a random 20 year old mans cell phone number based on how he answered.)

They sounded annoyed to help when UPS lost the package and I requested their help to submit a claim - which they eventually did after arguing with me. BTW - their policy is to not refund or send replacement item until the claim is closed. I ordered the product on May 16 And its June 2 and still no update or communication from Miu Miu. Not a premium experience. And I was SO excited sbout what I ordered too, but now I’m just frustrated.

It’s not their fault the package was lost (though it added to the lack of premium experience) but it IS their fault that they hire rude staff to field phone calls. And, to essentially hold clients liable for the cost of a lost item while a third-party investigstes. I online shop a lot, and this was FAR from a customer oriented experience. Im honestly pretty suprised a sister brand to prada would provide this poor of service. I get better service from mom & pop Etsy sellers lol. Maybe its better in store - but I would skip ordering online if you want to avoid headache and heartache.

Incompetence

We have an item that we are trying to return to Miumiu and the level of incompetence on the customer service side in accomplishing this task is staggering.

We have been trying to return the item for several weeks now without success. They keep on booking the DHL collection but no one shows up. Every time I raise this with them, Miumiu send back a generic response offering to re-book the collection. Obviously, doing the same thing again and again is a waste of time and someone needs to apply some problem solving ability and figure out why the collection is failing. We have been in every day and DHL have not come once, so clearly the problem is between Miumiu and DHL. Initially Miumiu made a mistake in the collection address and although this supposedly was fixed, I suspect they made some other mistake which is the problem here. There is practically zero transparency so it's very hard to diagnose what the issue really is. They send back generic responses every time, ignoring the actual problem, and ultimately ignoring how frustrated I am as a customer at this point with what should be a trivial process. No one on their side really seems to care.

EDIT: I ended up having to contact DHL myself after getting nowhere with Miumiu. It turns out Miumiu's earlier mistake in the collection address was in fact not corrected. DHL fixed the address and rescheduled the collection. It's a great shame that Miumiu CS make everything so difficult and that customers have to correct their mistakes.

Terrible and embarrassing for a brand…

Terrible and embarrassing for a brand like MiuMiu to use FedEx as their delivery partner! I will never ever order anything from them again as the delivery experience was absolutely horrendous. First time they just dumped my parcel on the door step faking my signature. Second time they lost my shoes! And no one knows where they are, MiuMiu had to open a litigation case and god knows how long I now have to wait for this to be resolved?!
Other self respecting brands use other delivery companies such as DHL or UPS which never let me down!

Miu Miu is honestly one of the most…

Miu Miu is honestly one of the most overrated brands I’ve ever shopped from. I spent $2,000 on a jacket expecting luxury quality, and it felt like something from Zara. The material was thin, the stitching was off, and after ONE wear the seam started coming apart. Customer service was no help either they basically said “too bad” since I had already worn it. For the price, this brand is pure hype with no real quality. Save your money and shop somewhere that actually cares about their products and customers. Would never buy from them again.

Sono ESTREMAMENTE INSODDISFATTA DEL SERVIZIO CLIENTI. Ecco la mia esperienza: acquisto un paio di sneakers sul sito, arrivano, sono piccole, ho necessità di cambiarle. Considerando che per fare il reso ho solo 14 giorni di tempo decido di chiamare il servizio clienti per chiedere informazioni circa il cambio e/o rimborso. Mi dicono che potevo rivolgermi a QUALSIASI STORE miu miu presente in Italia il quale avrebbe potuto o farmi fare il cambio o emettere voucher dalla validità di 1 anno. Per caso dei miei amici avevano in programma di andare a Milano dunque chiedo a loro il favore di recarsi in store per chiedere l’emissione di voucher CHE VIENE NEGATO (referente di Milano MARCELO) in quanto pare che non fosse proprio possibile farlo (essendo due canali diversi). Dunque per scarsità di tempo ho dovuto fare un cambio in modo frettoloso per qualcosa che non avrei nemmeno comprato (non ero io direttamente presente). Date informazioni ERRATE TELEFONICAMENTE ED È PARADOSSALE CHE FORNIATE UN SERVIZIO COSÌ SCADENTE CONSIDERATA L’IMPORTANZA DI UN’AZIENDA DEL GENERE.

I received a second-hand used bag,

I ordered a new black bag online with gold hardware. 2,500.00 price.
I was sent a used bag, with silver hardware, there were scratches on the clasp, the leather was creased, it has been pre-used many times, Miu Miu sent me a secondhand bag, I ordered the bag in Europe on their official website, when I wanted to return the bag via DHL and tried to arrange a picked up through Miu Miu customer services they would confirm a DHL pick up date and no driver arrived, 3 days on different dates I stayed home and no pickup from DHL. I then phoned DHL directly and asked DH who told me no Miu Miu had never booked a pick up. Disgusting Customer Service, I have all the email correspondence, Miu Miu literally lied, sent me not only the wrong bag but a pre-used bag nicely wrapped in their Mui Miu box charging me the full new price online. Careful when buying from Miu Miu they are not honest. I will never ever order from Miu Miu. Customer is disgraceful, Ex Miu Miu customer Theresa Rydge.

Is Miu Miu the New Flea Market? Shocking Service & Zero Aftercare!

As someone who used to love Miu Miu and was excited by the brand’s recent rise in popularity, I was shocked and disappointed by my recent experience both with the brand overall and at the temporary Bond Street store in London.

To start with, the new store feels far from what you’d expect from a luxury brand. The atmosphere is chaotic, disorganised, and, honestly, it reminded me more of a bazaar or flea market than a high-end store. I came to find a special birthday gift for myself, but instead of providing thoughtful recommendations, the staff seemed more focused on pushing anything they could onto me, regardless of whether I liked it or not. It felt like I was being upsold at a market stall, not treated as a valued customer at a luxury boutique.

Even worse, Miu Miu doesn’t offer repair or cleaning services for their leather goods. For a brand that was at the top of the luxury market in 2024, this is shocking. Many customers, like myself, invest in Miu Miu’s expensive leather bags expecting them to last, but without any way to clean or repair them, that investment feels wasted.

My family has been buying luxury bags for over a decade, and we’re used to brands like Louis Vuitton, Goyard, and even Longchamp providing excellent aftercare. They offer cleaning services and will even send items back to their country of origin if needed to ensure the best repair. In comparison, Miu Miu feels like a mass-market brand—or worse—offering no meaningful after-sales care for their customers.

To highlight how absurd this lack of service is: I recently discovered a small makeup stain on the interior fabric lining of my Miu Miu leather bag. Since the company doesn’t offer cleaning services, I asked one of the sales consultants for advice on how to clean it. Their suggestion? Use wet wipes. Are you serious? Am I supposed to treat my expensive leather Miu Miu bag like a child’s diaper? This kind of advice is beyond ridiculous and shows a total lack of care or understanding for luxury goods.

What’s the point of buying from Miu Miu at full price if the quality of the items can’t be maintained? It’s honestly more appealing to buy second-hand Miu Miu bags on platforms like Vestiaire Collective for half the price since there’s no real difference in value without repair services. On the other hand, other luxury brands give customers a reason to stay loyal because they provide the support and care that justifies their price tags.

Miu Miu is at risk of losing long-term customers because of these serious gaps in service. As a brand positioned at the top of the market, you cannot afford to ignore the basics of customer experience, especially when competitors are setting the standard.

I hope this feedback encourages you to take action and address these issues because, at the moment, there’s very little incentive to remain a loyal Miu Miu customer.

Miu miu is taking super long time to refund my purchase.
It has now been 13 days and they are saying that it might take 30 days for me to receive the money back.

Terrible products

Terrible products. Bought sneakers from their store in Florence. They started to come apart within two weeks. I have since been backwards and forwards with the company as it is apparently up to me to send them back to a store at my own cost so they can go onto “a lab”. This suggests that I am somehow at fault for the poor quality of their products. When I ask simple questions, I get told someone will be in touch which never happens. I would not recommend them to anyone.

muimiu is banned

I made an order at miumiu.com for my wife. After 2 months I contacted the seller because the order was delivered. They said that claim period is expired and there is nothing they can do. So I just wasted 1000 EUR. The amount is not so big but MuiMiu is now banned in my family. We will spend our money on other customer-oriented brands.

Azienda pessima Nel post vendita

Acquisto un paio di mocassini scamosciati di Miu miu Sul sito di Farfetch. Dopo neanche un mese si spezza un laccio (Fondamentale perché si tratta di un mocassino da barca e senza laccio non non si può indossare). Contatto il servizio clienti chiedendo la sostituzione del laccio Dopo avermi fatto aspettare un po’ di tempo Mi dicono che purtroppo non possono fare nulla loro ma mi devo rivolgere a chi mi ha venduto le scarpe. Semplicemente assurdo. Un’azienda che si perde per un laccio, O per non volerlo sostituire. Mocassini da quattro soldi venduti a 750 €. Viva Tod’s, Mocassini di vera qualità

I went to stratton hospital MIU this…

I went to stratton hospital MIU this evening at 6 pm.
It wasn't until 9 pm that i was seen as i waited until handover at 8 pm.
The staff that were there could have seen me before handover and didn't i was very disappointed as if i went on there shift they should have seen me and not leaving me for another hour. Very disappointed ad they obviously wanted to leave at 8 pm.
I worked in Stratton Hospital and couldn't leave until all the necessary needs were done.
Very disappointed.

Robbed by Miu Miu?? Sales Fraud?

I ordered a bag that cost more than 3K. It’s been 2 weeks since I placed my order, no progress with shipment, and no response when I asked for order cancellation.
Now, I just paid Miu Miu 3K without receiving the order. Did I just get robbed by a Luxury brand??
