The worst service I have ever received. They sent me a used and opened item, which I reported to their customer service upon receipt of the order. I waited a WEEK! until they find the culprits :) a week later I received permission to return (although according to EU law I could have done it without waiting so long). Also, all they could offer me was to order again, that is, pay them again for this purchase while I wait for a refund for the first order. Yes, they apologized, but I didn’t receive anything else, I asked to exchange the item so that I wouldn’t lose money twice - refusal. I requested express shipping by air - refusal (yes, this luxury brand does not provide express shipping like other brands) they could not even provide faster processing for my new order. Passed 2 days and my order still not shipped, i receiving excuses that they had holidays (although they were before I placed the second order). This is the kind of high service you can expect when purchasing from this brand, although their price implies otherwise. On top of everything else, it was a birthday present and I was very ashamed in front of the person who, upon opening it, saw that it had already been covered and used by someone. Also they are blocking all comments in social media :)

Schlimmer Laden. Ein einziger Betrug. Kleid stimmte weder in der Größe mit der bestellten Größe überein, noch stimmte die Abbildung bei der Bestellung mit dem gelieferten Kleid überein. Statt Baumwollkord bestand das Kleid aus Polyestervelour und war schlecht geschnitten. Am Kleid fehlte ein Produktanhänger, der aber bei Rücksendung dran sein sollte, damit die Rückgabe akzeptiert wird. Rücksendung sollte nach China gehen, Kosten sollten sich mit 31€ auf gut 3/4 des Preise des Kleides belaufen. Nach mehreren Mails mit Miiu immerhin eine Ermäßigung bekommen, d.h. ich durfte das Kleid behalten und sollte 60% vom Kaufpreis bezahlen, wodurch die Rücksendekosten dann unterschritten wurden. Das war viel Lehrgeld. Ich werde dort nie wieder bestellen/kaufen und das Kleid wandert in den Altkleiderkontainer.

Also die Lieferung stimmt weder in Farbe noch Grösse bestellt waren 3 Hemden L geliefert wurde ein kurzes L und 2 XL .Rücksendung nach China 58,-Euro .Unmöglich und nie wieder !!!! Die Qualität des Stoffes lässt auch zu wünschen übrig .Also Lehrgeld bezahlt und ein Spaziergang zur ALTKLEIDERSAMMLUNG 😳😵‍💫

Wenn es ginge würde ich -1 Stern geben.Das bestellte Kleid hat die falsche Farbe türkis statt blau und ist total verschnitten.Ein mittlerer Sack.
Retoure würde nach China gehen mit entsprechendem Porto.Also zahle ich jetzt Lehrgeld.39,90 E für einen Putzlappen ist schon krass

Der ganze Shop ist ein einziger Betrug. Die arbeiten mit falschen Bildern. Geliefert wird völlig minderwertige Qualität.
Solche Verbrecher gehören hinter Gitter.
Ich bin stinksauer. 😡

Aber was hab ich bekommen. 5 Wochen später oder noch mehr ...eine schreckliche kleine Plastikpuppe ..gruselig ..höchstens 5 euro kann man dafür nehmen..ich bin so enttäuscht ..war kein Lieferschein.. nix dabei ..ich überlege ob ich es an anderer stelle klären lasse.. ich bitte um Klärung...kann gern ein foto schicken...

Nach mehrmaligem Anschreiben, Email Adresse laut Bestellbestätigung, immer noch keine Antwort. Möchte meinen Artikel zurück geben.

The water bottle I bought from Miu Miu has 2 problems, first of all the finish is not scratch resistant, secondly the letters are already fading. Overpriced. Low quality.

Looking for a hotel in Bromsgrove, it was suggested Travel lodge near to Catshill.
Having booked through Bookings.com we arrived at the hotel. Where upon the receptionist, wasn’t only expecting us, but seemed to have our key ready and waiting. ❤️
We settled into our cosy room and after a shower, decided to have a bite to eat.
A quick search on Google showed that a Chinese takeaway was literally down the road.

I phoned and requested Beef in black bean sauce, fried rice and a portion of prawn crackers. The £16 order was to be collected in 30mins.

Miu Miu is on the Birmingham Road adjacent to a BP Petrol station, I arrived the spacious car park was empty but the warm welcoming greeting more than made up for lack of clients.
The shop was well lit, clean and embraced the oriental theme throughout.

I purchased 2 cold drinks housed in their chiller and made the 2 minute journey back to the hotel.

The beef was both succulent and tender.
The sauce married the rice & beef to form a delightful meal.

I highly recommend Miu Miu for their friendly welcoming services and arguably one of the finest reasonably priced beef in black bean sauce I’ve had for a long time.

I am extremely disappointed with this brand that refuses to take responsibility for its products. I bought a pair of shoes for 800 € and after only wearing them 3 or 4 times, they completely broke. After waiting for six months, the company contacted me to say that they could not repair the shoes and they would only take them back in exchange for a credit note of 300 €. This is outrageous, especially since they admitted that they no longer produce this model due to numerous customer returns because it is defective.

I decided to retrieve my shoes because even though they are irreparable, I would rather dispose of them myself than accept a meager credit note of 300 € for such expensive shoes that I have hardly worn. I am extremely disappointed in this brand, their customer service, and their lack of responsibility for their defective products. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future.

Ausgesprochen schöner Artikel. Die Lieferung unglaublich schnell - wurde nicht einmal 24 Stunden später geliefert. Man wird über jeden Schritt genau informiert.
Anhand meiner älteren Miu Miu - Stücke kann ich sagen, dass die Qualität bei richtiger Pflege unfassbar gut ist.
Zum Client-Service hatte ich nur kurz Kontakt, fand ihn aber sehr freundlich.
